J'aime Bridal was the first shop my wife walked into for her wedding dress, and the only one she needed. She expected to go to multiple shops for a very particular style, but the three associates she worked over multiple visits nudged her into trying multiple styles and cuts, and she ended up picking one she wouldn't have otherwise tried and absolutely loved. The shop's recommended tailor (Tamara) also did a fantastic job.

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses through J’aime Bridal and they were great! They had many Bill Levkoff sample dresses so each bridesmaid got to try on several different styles. The customer service was great--they have several dressing rooms in the same area so all the bridesmaids got to try on dresses simultaneously.

We ended up purchasing five dresses through this shop and all of my bridesmaids looked amazing!

After visiting 3 different stores in the East Bay Area, I finally found my wedding dress at J’aime Bridal!! I was exhausted by the end of the day, but the store associates were so kind and energetic, and were extremely helpful in thinking through options and possibilities with me! In the end, I went with an a-line Maggie Sotero dress that happened to be a store sample — it fit me perfectly and was priced very reasonably. Janis, the in-house tailor, was also wonderful to work with — I needed only minor modifications, and Janis was both efficient and organized. Everything from my first fitting to my final fitting was super smooth, and they were even able to keep my dress until the wedding (and steam it just before!), which helped loads! If you’re searching for a wedding dress, J’aime Bridal is the perfect place to visit.

Last year when I was shopping for my wedding dress, J'aime was the 4th salon went to. This salon carries Essence of Australia and Maggie Sotero, which after trying on so many dresses were my top two designers. I loved the organization of the store, and both times I went the staff was incredibly helpful in taking my feedback and pulling new dresses. I found my dress here and it was perfect.

I bought my dress at J'aime Bridal after visiting 2 other bridal shops in the Bay Area. It was a fun and smooth process from start to finish. They've got so many beautiful dresses to choose from; I found a dress that I loved and can't wait to wear on my wedding day next year. The team at J'aime Bridal is experienced, helpful, and friendly -- not much more you could ask for there! Plus, Janis Stob, their in-house tailor, is extremely talented and efficient with alterations. I wish I had another dress to buy so that I could go back again!! I cannot even begin to say how much I loved finding my dress at J'aime Bridal! After going to 3 other shops, they were our last shop of the day and the most perfect one! As a plus-size bride I was so nervous how I was going to look in a wedding dress, but 10 minutes with the Jamie told me that this was my new home. I found my dress, they knew I had found it but didn't want to influence me because they wanted it to be authentically mine. WE ordered it in the right color and size with an additional lace package so I could add sleeves. It arrived so quickly I didn't know what to do! I went and tried it on and they were there for me when I had that magical moment of "this is my dress." After that it was a whirlwind! I set up my fittings with Janis Stob immediately. She helped me customize my sleeves perfectly! As a plus-size bride I don't like my arms, she made me look royal and comfortable! My sleeves were perfect, not itchy and I could raise my arms and dance the night away including our first choreo dance! My experience with her and the whole team is priceless and I would recommend them to anyone!

I found my dream dress at J’aime Bridal and my bridesmaids’ dresses. We had an amazing experience trying on dresses. I tried on my dress several times because I wanted my sisters, mom, and mother-in-law to see the dress before I said yes to the dress. They couldn’t come on the same day and they were so accommodating. They are very responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. My veil was delayed in being shipped and I had already scheduled my HMU trial. They were so kind and let me borrow the store’s veil for my HMU trial. I also loved the continuity of working with Jaime the entire way.
It was also awesome that if you purchase your wedding gown there, you get a discount on bridesmaid dresses. Jaime was so helpful in trying to find the perfect combination of shades of purple for my bridesmaid dresses. Two of my bridesmaids were not local and they helped them do measurements over the phone. Five out of six of my bridesmaids had a perfect fit to their dress. For some reason, my sister’s dress was way too big and was difficult to alter even though she got measured at J’aime. I think that was just a fluke though because all of the other dresses were sized appropriately.
Their seamstress, Janis at December’s Child, was wonderful! She was fun and easy-to-work with. She was sweet and made my garter from the extra fabric from my dress that we took off when we hemmed the dress. She made the alterations process stress-free. She had my dress ready to go well in advance of my wedding.
Everyone associated with J’aime Bridal is so friendly. I am so thankful to the whole team!

I found my dress on my first visit! My bridesmaids found their dress with ease too! The staff members are so helpful and kind! Every time I walked it, it felt like a sisterhood! They breed a culture of kindness and positivity. Bride-to-be’s congratulating one another, giving each other compliments on dress choices, it’s just a warm environment.
