My finace choose my ring. He looked at the rings on display and knew he wanted a solitaire but did not like any of the floor display rings. He asked if he could custom make one and they suggested he had pick a diamond. They allowed him to flip through a book of diamonds (literally a book like a photo album with hundreds of tiny diamonds in each flap) and look at the diamonds (not pictures, the real deal). He hand selected on he like of color and clarity and then hand picked the ring setting. They were very helpful, not pushy, and not commissioned so it was a pleasant shopping experience.
