We highly recommend Jacqueline Kay Weddings! She was great to work with, kept in regular communication with us, and she was flexible & patient with us changing our mind on things at a short notice. She was very proactive with thinking of things we hadn’t considered. Overall, she helped make our wedding vision a reality and stress free!

My husband and I knew that we wanted to work with a month of coordinator to help us navigate the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of logistics and we were so glad to have worked with Jacqueline. We booked Jacqueline about a year out from our wedding. Once we booked, she met with us to get to know us and learn more about our vision for the wedding. She also shared tips and gave us ideas to consider as we moved through the planning process. She even gave us access to a portal which was such a great way to keep us organized during the planning process. It was the tool I never knew I needed. Jacqueline was extremely helpful and responsive to questions throughout our engagement, which we really appreciated.

As we got closer to the wedding, she met with us to discuss remaining to-dos and she tied up loose ends and last minute communications with vendors. And on our wedding day, she worked her magic! We were impressed with how well Jacqueline kept things organized (whether it was decor/prop placement or communications with vendors) from our rehearsal to the end of our reception. When Jacqueline was around, I felt a sense of calm, because I knew our wedding was in good hands. She was even able to help me with my bustle after the pictures and before the reception. Our wedding truly ran smoothly because of Jacqueline. She is a true professional. My husband and I were impressed with her work and highly recommend her to other couples!

I can definitely say that the decision we made to hire Jacqueline as our wedding planner was one of the best decision we made. She was Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did she recommend some great vendors she also made sure that she kept in contact with them so that reduced a lot of the stress of wedding planning.
