There truly are not enough wonderful things we can say about Jackie and her amazing team! From our very first meeting, we knew we were in the best hands. Jackie completely understood our vision for our daughter’s wedding and brought it to life more beautifully than we ever could have imagined.


Jackie thought of EVERYTHING! Every little detail, every fabulous vendor, every decision along the way. She made the entire planning process so much fun. She listened, guided us, kept us on track, and somehow always knew exactly what we needed. When it all came together, she executed every detail to perfection.

We had the pleasure of working with Jackie on three very different events surrounding our son’s wedding in Charlotte, North Carolina, in July 2026. She helped us plan a seated rehearsal dinner for 28 and a Welcome Party for 115—both held at the Triple C Barrel Room, which was transformed for two very different celebrations—as well as an after-party for approximately 100 guests at La Belle Helene, a fantastic French bistro and the perfect setting to send the happy couple off to their honeymoon in France!

From our first conversation 15 months before the events through the final Sunday afternoon logistics, Jackie was available, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about both local and national event vendors.

Amanda was our "month-of" wedding planner, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. I had already booked most of my vendors by the time we started working together, but Amanda provided a highly organized shared drive to collect all the information she needed, including vendor contracts, contact information, and the countless details required to create a comprehensive wedding timeline.

Once she had everything, she reached out to all of our vendors to confirm details, ensure nothing was missing, and make sure everyone was on the same page. Throughout the entire process, Amanda was calm, confident, and professional in all of her communication and actions. She also helped us navigate a challenging situation with one of our vendors with grace and professionalism.

Amanda served as a liaison between me and our venue, which made my job so much easier and gave me peace of mind that no detail was being overlooked. She managed so many little things I never would have thought of, so by the time our wedding day arrived, all we had to do was follow her direction and truly experience the day.
