There are 88 unique booths to set up your bar, DJ, food, cake and more. The pavilion is an open-air structure and can accommodate up to 300 guests. You can take advantage of the outdoor ceremony spot on the edge of Cayuga Lake and then move to the covered area for your sit-down dinner and dancing.

Services Offered

The rustic pavilion is a blank slate to decorate with your own color scheme and wedding style. They provide three indoor bathrooms, one of which is ADA accessible, and also have a restroom trailer for larger events. You must book one of their "preferred caterers," but all other vendors are the couple's choice. They also suggest involving vendors that sell at the actual market to make your event feel even more "Ithaca." There is an events coordinator on staff to help guide you through the planning process. The market can host your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, elopement, ceremony and reception.

History

Ithaca Farmers Market is a vendor-run cooperative with about 150 different businesses, started in 1973. You can find fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, dairy products, prepared foods and artisanal gifts. The market was built by volunteers to turn the former debris site into a thriving community gathering area. All items sold at the market must be grown or made within a 30-mile radius of the pavilion.
