The Stone Barn at Beardslee Farm

I highly recommend the Stone Barn. Colleen was wonderful. She was very helpful and responded to emails in a timely fashion. It is such a beautiful place and it was perfect!!

Not only is The Stone Barn a beautiful venue, but everyone there is truly wonderful to work with. Colleen is absolutely amazing—she’s quick to respond to emails and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions.
The venue itself is such a unique space, from the ceremony area with its stunning pews and breathtaking chandelier to the spacious reception area. One of my top priorities was making sure our guests never felt cramped, and The Stone Barn delivered plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration.
There are many barns in Central New York, but none compare to The Stone Barn. I would 10/10 recommend getting married there—we truly could not have been happier with our choice.

I recommend this video to everyone. Colleen made the process so smooth and made sure we had everything we needed we ran a little over rehearsal time and she assured us there was no rush and put us at ease. The open bar was a hit and the bartenders were great at keeping everyone’s glasses full. Highly recommend the stone barn!

If I could give The Stone Barn 100/10 review, I would. The service was outstanding, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. My guests rave about how gorgeous the barn was and how great the bar was. This venue made our special day a night to truly remember. Thank you so much Colleen!

We had the absolute best experience at The Stone Barn at Beardslee from start to finish. Colleen and the entire staff were incredibly professional and talented. From the beginning, Colleen helped bring my vision to life — and encouraged me to get creative. No idea was too big or too detailed for her and she talked with my vendors to see how she could help make things happen on her end. One of my favorite touches of the day was a hanging flower installation above the bar, which she helped execute perfectly.

The barn itself is stunning as-is, but also serves as a perfect blank canvas if you want to personalize it. The brand-new outdoor patio was an amazing addition and comfortably hosted our 300-person cocktail hour.

Throughout the planning process, Colleen was super responsive, organized, and helpful. She always followed up with me after meetings with clear notes, which made everything feel so much more manageable and helped me when organizing timelines with my other vendors. I never once had to stress about the flow of the day — even our guests commented on how smooth everything felt and how no one ever had to wait in line for a drink!

We are so grateful to have celebrated with all of our friends and family in such a magical space. Highly recommend this venue and team to any couple planning their big day!

Cannot recommend The Stone Barn at Beardslee Farm, Colleen, and the entire crew enough! They were so attentive and helpful throughout the entire process.
