We had the absolute best experience at The Stone Barn at Beardslee from start to finish. Colleen and the entire staff were incredibly professional and talented. From the beginning, Colleen helped bring my vision to life — and encouraged me to get creative. No idea was too big or too detailed for her and she talked with my vendors to see how she could help make things happen on her end. One of my favorite touches of the day was a hanging flower installation above the bar, which she helped execute perfectly.

The barn itself is stunning as-is, but also serves as a perfect blank canvas if you want to personalize it. The brand-new outdoor patio was an amazing addition and comfortably hosted our 300-person cocktail hour.

Throughout the planning process, Colleen was super responsive, organized, and helpful. She always followed up with me after meetings with clear notes, which made everything feel so much more manageable and helped me when organizing timelines with my other vendors. I never once had to stress about the flow of the day — even our guests commented on how smooth everything felt and how no one ever had to wait in line for a drink!

We are so grateful to have celebrated with all of our friends and family in such a magical space. Highly recommend this venue and team to any couple planning their big day!
