Isabel was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. We initially planned our wedding for May 16th, 2020 in Charleston, SC, but due to COVID-19, we had to pivot to September 26th. To make matters worse, our original reception venue closed unexpectedly two months before the new September date. We were forced to change venues from Charleston, SC to Charlotte, NC and had to re-build our entire wedding in about six weeks.

Without Isabel's help, we genuinely do not know if our wedding would have even happened on the date we planned. She was extremely flexible and offered to travel to Charlotte for the new date/venue. She helped us find all new vendors on nearly a moment's notice. Once we had our vendors lined up, she stayed in constant contact with them and with us to ensure that everyone stayed on the same page.

On the wedding day, Isabel sprung into action the moment she arrived at the venue at 9 AM and didn't stop until our exit that evening around 10 PM. From setting up decorations and seating to managing timelines and everything in between, Isabel kept our wedding day running like clockwork.

One of the most crucial factors we appreciated was Isabel's responsiveness and communication. We had bi-weekly check-ins with Isabel leading up to the wedding to keep everything organized. Whenever we had questions or ideas, she was an amazing and knowledgeable resource and sounding board.

Isabel is everything you could wish for in a wedding coordinator. If you are getting married in Charleston (or Charlotte!), then you can't go wrong with her!

I seriously can't recommend Isabel enough!! She saved our lives while planning our wedding in Charleston while living in Nashville. She was so flexible to all of our chaos and always had the best ideas. So easy to talk to and feel at home with. We truly couldn't have pulled our special day off without her!!!

All I know to say is it was a beautiful and wonderful experience to work with and have Isabel coordinate our daughter Mckenzies wedding. From the very first meeting she made us all feel so comfortable and confident at the same time that she had this for us! I really can’t imagine it going any smoother or more beautiful than it was! Isabele goes above and beyond from the tiniest details to the main event from listening to what the bride wants and doing her best to make sure she got it to making sure everything was ordered, booked and finished on time. She really puts her heart and soul in her work. And you can see that when you go through this experience with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone! She was a Godsend! What a delight to work with Isabel to make my daughters wedding come together. I truly recognize that she went way above and beyond our expectations for us! Her services were worth way more than the fee. That’s saying something in regards to the wedding industry!!

All I can say is that Isabel went above and beyond on absolutely everything! My wife and I are both medical students and were trying to get married in-between exams. So, we needed someone who could take our distracted and unfinished vision and roll with it/make it complete. Isabel was able to do this and then some. She was completely accommodating to our busy schedules and lack of direction and took a ton of the weight off of us so that we could focus more on our studies. Isabel was so good at keeping us on track as well. We probably still would have gotten married without her, but it would have been a mess! She took detailed notes during our meetings and then organized them in documents which she shared with us immediately after (often the next morning). She kept track of all of our due dates, all of our bills, vendors, everything... and was quick to remind us of the things we had forgotten. She was super accommodating in working around our schedule for meetings. She is incredibly creative and talented and helped bring together all the little touches that made our wedding and reception feel complete, everything from decorations to signage. There was about an 80% chance of rain on our wedding day. Even though the timing worked out perfectly so that we really never got rained on, Isabel foresaw that we might and made sure that we had umbrellas, just in case. She even worked in helping us to find great vendors. Isabel saved us hundreds of dollars in a trolly rental by working out a deal with the company to fit us into the schedule in between two other jobs they had lined up. She didn't miss a single thing! Isabel poured her heart and soul into our wedding and it really showed! I am positive that Isabel will do everything in her power to make sure your day is special and stays special!
