I was a little late in getting my dress to Images. It was about 6 weeks until my wedding and I was too fat for my dress. But Images did the alterations, worked with my schedule for appointments, let the dress out (and I lost a lot of weight) for the most beautiful dress ever!!! It was also reasonably priced and she didn't even charge a whole hour for the last bit, just a half hour! Any other company would have charged the whole hour without me even knowing. Very professional! Excellent work!

Cynthia spent over ten hours taking the clearance dress of my dreams from a 14 to a 4, resizing and readjusting a dress designed for a long lanky model to compliment a small stubby Hispanic frame. My dress was to die for when she was done and although we had to get creative in making a bustle, it was elegant, allowing all the lace to be displayed. Her attention to detail on her work is unmatched and her prices are fair. I spent only a tenth of what I was originally quoted in Austin, and she throws in packages if you send her a lot of work, ( ie: dry cleaning or grooms tux rental or a preservation kit). She was a jewel. There were times, working nights, that I missed appointments and she never complained! Her shop has good range of hours of operation and I received a TON of compliments on the gown. I will certainly remain a loyal customer!!
