This venue dates back to 1926 and was lovingly restored by owner Dawn Sweitzer, a local artist. HQ is at the center of the property. This beautiful 5600-square-foot intimate space features its original exposed brick walls, a wonderful wood-barreled ceiling, and hardwood floors. HQ is ready to accommodate up to 100 of your loved ones for an evening of dinner and dancing. On the second story, you'll find the Lounge, a get-ready area where you and your beloved can escape to relax for a quick drink. Across from HQ, The Gallery awaits. This area exudes historic charm and offers 1900 square feet for more intimate receptions. With its exposed brick and ample windows that flood the space with natural light, The Gallery is ideal for gatherings of 75 people or less. It's also perfect as a cocktail hour space before heading into HQ for the wedding meal. Outside, the European-inspired Gardens are perfect for an al fresco cocktail hour during the warmer months. With a 30-foot wood-burning firepit, guests can sip cocktails and mingle under the stars.
