Steven Carrol/Hitch and Spin married us over a process of time. We loved and got married over an hour away and he still took the time to meet us in person, was flexible with our schedules, and gave a personal touch to our ceremony down to all kinds of special surprises for my groom, timing, songs, immediate on the fly changes and more. Worked with my coordinator and family as well. Loved the requests on the QR code and lights camera action it was awesome time everyone had a blast!

Steven was truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, he was personable, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about us as a couple (not just as clients).

We originally planned to stick to a playlist we thought would appeal to most of our guests. But once the reception got going, we realized the energy just wasn’t there. We decided to trust Steven and let him do what he does best, and it was the best decision we could have made. He completely turned the night around. The dance floor stayed full as our friends and family celebrated with us all night long.

Steven has an incredible ability to read the room. He seamlessly mixed genres, kept the energy high, and made every moment feel special. His communication throughout the planning process was excellent, and it’s obvious that his heart is in his work.

As an added bonus, he even captured our private last dance on video which is something we’ll treasure forever.

My hubby and I were married by Steven 9/27/2025. My mom actually knew Steven through church and he married her and her husband in 2022. Steven was professional, flexible, and had a huge impact on why our day was so special. He felt more like a friend than someone we were hiring! Pricing was more than reasonable, and he even offered extras like a dog machine and lighting at no cost! Highly highly recommend.

Steven did such an amazing job DJ'ing our wedding. He made the planning process so smooth and was willing to meet with my husband and I as many times as we needed. He made us feel much more relaxed. Steven also did such a great job being the MC during dinner hour, and helped direct our guests and make announcements as needed. The level of professionalism is unmatched. I also loved that he brought fun lights and fog for our first entrance as a couple. Our guests also loved the QR codes he put on the table so they could request songs. Our dance floor was SO fun and our friends and family still mention how great our DJ was even 6+ months out from our wedding. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and definitely recommend him to anyone with an upcoming wedding. Thank you Steven for making our day that much more special!

Amazing! He was my officiant and DJ and he did a great job at both. Very kind and professional and always double checked to make sure the day was going smoothly and exactly how I pictured.

Steven was absolutely amazing! We actually met through Facebook marketplace when I was selling a laptop and he needed one to DJ a wedding. We sat and talked in the Target parking lot about his business and life. I was not engaged at the time but knew it was coming. From the moment I got engaged, Steven was there to guide us through the entire process. He made it extremely easy and fun. He’s the hype man you need at your wedding! Highly recommend! We only used him for MC/DJ, but I have no doubts about his abilities as an officiant. All around great guy! Thanks Steven!
