Effortless

When I first started searching for our venue we sent out several emails. Courtney Mills responded so fast and was so excited about our wedding. She sent me all of the information about their wedding packages and we immediately scheduled a tour. The hotel itself is beautiful and they have 2 different options depending on the size of the event. We chose the grand ballroom and it was just beautiful. Courtney and the team were extremely accommodating and flexible throughout the planning process. We were treated like royalty from our tasting to the day of our wedding. The team is kind, professional, and truly provided exemplary service. We would 10000% recommend the Hilton in Rosemont for anyone who is looking to plan their wedding. Courtney was a star and made everything so incredibly easy.

I couldn't be happier with our choice of venue. The employees at the Rosemont Hilton have gone above and beyond to help make our wedding perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue in the Chicagoland area. The location is perfect if you have in town and out of town guests. Plus easy access to the Blue line makes it easy for guests to go into the city and see the sights.

And I have to give a special thanks to Lisa Pharazis who has been an invaluable help.

This Hotel is actually now Hilton Rosemont (not Sofitel anymore). Heba was a delight to work with. She was great in accommodating all the details we needed at a reasonable price. They even made this authentic Persian Wedding dish for our dinner and everyone loved it. Thank you so much for everything.

We had our 2 day wedding at Hilton Rosemont Hotel. We received a lot of compliments on the location, bell service, and venue decor. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that the event coordination and execution was not professional nor did it uphold the “Hilton Brand”.
My husband and I tried to make the best out of this weekend but ultimately regret our decision to host our wedding at the Rosemont Hilton. Our friends got married in July at the DoubleTree in Oakbrook and had a very different experience from ours so we know that the Hilton holds itself to higher standards. We left our reception hall Saturday night feeling embarrassed, exhausted, and emotionally drained as a result of various shortcomings. We are sharing our experiences with you in the hopes that other couples come in fully informed and that the Hilton Rosemont team also learns from these mistakes.
