I can not Thank the staff and our banquet coordinator Tracy Horning enough for all of their hard work and preparation for our special day. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Tracy is a wonderful personality to work with and goes above and beyond for her clients. There were many changes throughout our planning and Tracy and the entire staff worked with us with all our details. I highly recommend Heritage Hills and Loxley's for any event.

The food at the Heritage Hotel was good and reasonably priced. The room rental fee was extremely reasonable as well. The bathrooms were clean. The sales representative returned my calls promptly and was very responsive. The hotel was also very accomodating to adding 2 last minute guests the day before the wedding. I would recommend this venue. Just make sure you work out what you will be doing for alcohol/bar really well. We wanted to have a tab because we didn't have many drinkers at the reception. They set up the bar for $260 and then charged us $250 for a keg in the bar that we had about 10 beers out of all night. I would ask for other options for the alcohol if I had to do it again. Other than that it was a great place to hold a reception.
