I used Henry’s Florist on the advice of a friend who used them for her wedding. Initially I didn’t want to because the owner insisted that I come in and I didn’t want to commute- would rather have set up everything over phone. Anyway, they were totally worth the commute. I just needed 2 bouquets for myself (Bride) and MOH and 2 boutonnières for Groom and BM. The husband/wife owners were lovely. At first I was concerned they were going to push towards more traditional choices but they got to know us and understand what we were looking for. They were fairly priced and I was happy to support their business. The flowers turned out amazing and exactly what I wanted. They delivered on time and everything looked and smelled fresh. We received so many compliments!

We booked Henry's Florist for our bridal shower and wedding. Their team showed talent and professionalism in both events. They were flexible regarding meeting dates/times and provided useful guidance. We showed them pictures of ideas/themes. The results were better than we could ever imagine! They took the room decor into consideration and added flowers where necessary to achieve balance. On the day of the event, everything was beautiful and on time - our guests were happy to take centerpieces home with them! Henry's Florist quickly responded to last minute requests (house decoration, venue change). They delivered boutonnieres and bouquets early in the morning, made sure the ceremony venue looked elegant and in coordination with our taste and color scheme. When we arrived at the reception site, all centerpieces were in place, candles were lit and my toss bouquet was waiting for me on our beautifully decorated dais. So grateful and lucky to have picked Henry's Florist!

Peter and Henry's Florist were absolutely fabulous to work with for our wedding!!! My family has been going to Henry's for many, many years and they never disappoint. Peter worked with us to create and execute our vision and stayed well within our budget. So many of our guests have said such wonderful things about my bridesmaids' bouquets and our centerpieces. I've heard so many of my friends talk about how much time they spent with their florist to make sure everything was right, so much back and forth and so many meetings. Maybe I'm less high maintenance than I thought, or more likely, Peter and Henry's are just that good. We only needed to have one initial meeting to sketch everything out and we chatted one more time as we got closer to the wedding and everything was sheer PERFECTION! Beautiful floral arrangements, under budget and a no fuss vendor = happiness!

I was so nervous about finding the right florist for my wedding. I feel really lucky to have found Henry’s florist. They did the most amazing job for my wedding better I could have ever dreamed of. Working with Peter was great he setup everything exactly the way I wanted and sent the freshest flowers. I highly recommend Henry’s Florist, I am still getting compliments weeks later about my flowers.

There are not enough kind words to say about Peter and his florist!!! He went above and beyond for our wedding and we were blown away by everything!!! He treated us like family and it was incredible!! When I lost my flowers during our photo session before the reception, my mother called him at 6:00 and asked if he could do something. He sent another bouquet in a car service to Jersey City so that I had them in time to walk into my reception!!

All I have to say is Henry's Florist is the best florist there is!! They did my wedding, and not only were their flowers amazing but they might as well have been event planners!! From the second I walked into my church, my mouth dropped. From the flowers in the church, to my bouquet as well as the girls bouquets, to the cocktail hour room and the centerpieces I was in complete awe of how perfect everything looked! Not to mention, the beautiful draping across the chandeliers, with candles hanging, and just the right amount of crystals added that extra special touch to the beauty of my hall. We also had floating candles on all the window sills. Not only were my centerpieces amazing, but our seat covers were even custom made from the florist themselves (not to mention my table overlays)! Just to give you a heads up of how much I trusted them, I didn't even care to see a sample of my centerpieces because I knew they were going to be everything I dreamed of and more! However, they did make me a sample and it exceeded my expectations! I have been to so many weddings, and I never saw anything like it! I highly highly recommend Henry's Florist. If you are looking for the perfect flowers and decor for your special day, do not make a mistake and book any other florist. Make sure you go with Henry's and you will not be disappointed!! The whole day of my wedding, days after, and until this day I am still receiving compliments of the beauty of my flowers! My wedding would not have been the same if it wasn't for Peter, Telly and their staff! They were friendly, perfectionists, timely, professionals and most importantly made sure my day was as perfect as I envisioned! Well, it definitely was, and a million times more! I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate the hard work they put into my wedding day. So, do yourself a favor, and definitely use Henry's Florist for ANY event you have! I promise, you will be exceptionally thrilled!! :)

I wanted to share my comments pertaining to Henry’s Florist in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

I have known this florist shop since I was a child. Panagiotis from Henry’s Florist provided the flowers for my brother’s wedding; when it came to my wedding, he was the only man I trusted to do a phenomenal job – he exceeded my expectations.

When I went to visit him, he said how he knew my father; since my father passed away, I wanted to honor him by incorporating his infamous favorite color blue in our wedding. Panagioti did such an amazing job; when my husband and I previewed our reception hall before guests were allowed to enter, I was so surprised how beautiful the flowers were and touched how he incorporated the color blue. He took white roses and white hydrangeas, placed them above a clear vase with blue water and a blue light in the vase – it was stunning.

My bouquet I loved so much, I didn’t want to part with it; he took white roses and on top had blue crystals intertwined with a white ribbon covering the stems. The bridesmaid bouquets were full, vibrant perfect for our fall wedding; the bottom of the stems were covered with blue ribbon – it was beautiful.
He is reasonable with his pricing and is an expert with flower décor – if you want a reliable, responsible vendor that exceeds your expectations, Henry’s Florist is the one to hire!

SERIOUSLY AMAZING WORK! All i get are compliments on my bouquet and the beautiful centerpieces Henry's created! my bouquet of orchids was absolutely sunning, all the flowers were super fresh and vibrant. they truly exceeded all my expectations and looked like they cost 10 times what they did! they guys are super easy to work with, were very flexible with last minute changes in delivery and even threw in some loose orchids to decorate the cake which was unbelievably thoughtful. they really went above and beyond and created a gorgeous reception space.
