Beautiful Decor and Flowers!!

We had a very small wedding in March and Heart for Hospitality was a preferred vendor for our wedding so we hired them for decorations and florals. Kelsie and her mom did an AMAZING job and made our vision come to life! They were super kind and sweet and so easy to work with! We would recommend them to anyone and will be forever grateful for all the work they did to make our day so special!! Thank you!!

Erin from Heart Hospitality was absolutely our best choice !

Erin was more than a wedding coordinator to us.
She was more like a trusted friend.She was with us every step of the way, even one step ahead when she needed to be. We had some obstacles to over come and Erin handle it all with quick responses and put our mind at ease. I love that we were able to rent our centerpiece’s from her and other decor .
She had amazing suggestions for us and gave us great referrals for our other venders . Our wedding could not have been more perfect ❤️Thank you!

Highly Recommend Heart for Hospitality!

Erin is an absolute joy to work with. She is incredibly friendly, energetic, and experienced. We connected from the moment we had our first phone call and I felt she truly understood my wedding vision and budget. My wedding was in May 2021, so there was a frightful period where I thought my original venue may not be open by our wedding date due to COVID. Erin helped me research alternative venues and reached out to a few of them to check their availability. Luckily, my original venue re-opened in time, so we were able to have our wedding there. Erin attended the tasting with my now husband and I which was very helpful as she asked the venue coordinator questions my husband and I would have never thought to ask. Erin created a timeline for the day of the wedding and reached out to all vendors prior to the wedding day to share contact info and collect their insurance. The day of the wedding, Erin was on top of it, making sure all vendors arrived on time, knew what was expected of them, and she and her assistant placed all the additional decorations I had brought. Erin also assisted the photographer in gathering people we needed and making sure we were doing good on time. Most importantly, Erin was always reachable the day of the wedding, would check in on me, and was calm to help offset my stress. At the end of the night, Erin and her assistant packed up all the decorations/cards and helped clean up the Bridal Suite, allowing me to dance the night away with my husband, family, and friends then easily swing by the Bridal Suite to pick up my bags. There were a few decorations I wasn’t able to find right away the days following the wedding as I wasn’t sure which box they were packed away in. I texted Erin and she responded immediately and knew exactly where she had packed them so I could easily find them. I was very impressed with Erin and her assistant and would HIGHLY recommend Heart for Hospitality.
