We had the inn entirely to ourselves all weekend, which made the whole experience feel incredibly luxurious and intimate — especially at such a reasonable price point. The food was outstanding (it’s a real restaurant, and it shows); multiple guests told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had.

The setting is unbelievably beautiful for both the ceremony and photos, and the location is close to great sightseeing and activities for out-of-town guests. We hosted about 65 people—most stayed on-site or at nearby inns—so it felt like one mega sleepover with everyone we love

We had the perfect wedding at Grey Havens in September 2025! Because we also had our rehearsal at Grey, we got to book out the entire Inn for the weekend and we’re so glad we did. Keeping everything in one place and having our wedding party stay with us on property was extremely convenient! The views from the Inn are absolutely incredible and the inside has a perfect New England vintage coastal vibe. We didn’t feel the need to decorate other than with flowers, the Inn and surrounding property were beautiful as they were! The food and drinks were amazing and it was very easy to work with Ali to make modifications and special requests. Ali was amazing to work with, she helped us stay fairly stress free throughout the planning and made sure the whole weekend ran without a hitch. Thank you to Ali, Carlos, and the entire Grey Havens team for giving us the best weekend ever! 

We had our wedding there in the fall of 2025. We loved our wedding, and our friends still talk about how fun it was! The food and drinks were incredible, the staff were super nice and helpful, and the views were spectacular. We could could not recommend this venue enough.

My wife and I’s wedding at Grey Havens Inn in August 2024 was an absolute dream, exceeding all expectations. From the breathtaking scenery to the intimate atmosphere and exceptional staff, this venue had everything we were looking for. Ali, Carlos, and their team were a dream to work with, demonstrating incredible transparency and handling all the intricate details behind the scenes, allowing us to truly be present and enjoy our special day with loved ones. The inn's stunning location, and close proximity to Reid State Park (where we had our first-look and wedding party photos) provided a spectacular setting for our entire celebration. The intimate setting at the inn itself created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the convenient onsite accommodations for our wedding party allowed us to extend the celebration and create lasting memories. We were married in August 2022 at Grey Havens and could not have been happier with our wedding and the entire planning experience. Ali was incredibly attentive and collaborative while putting together our dream wedding and worked with us to plan a unique menu and decorations for both our rehearsal dinner at Blue and wedding reception on the lawn. The setting of Grey Havens is breathtaking and the entire team did an amazing job at making our entire wedding weekend exactly as we imagined. We have received so many compliments from our families and friends on our choice of Grey Havens and the great work of Ali, Carlos, and the whole team. The food for both events was delicious and Ali and Chef Esau were incredibly helpful accommodating some dietary restrictions. We can’t wait to return to the Inn!

The venue. Spectacular views, especially from the wrap around veranda. Intimate, idyllic setting for the ceremony. Great wedding photos from the dock!
The service. Eve and Dick were extremely accommodating and flexible, given COVID circumstances. They were on top of all the details, and made the replanning efforts pretty seamless. Day-of events ran like clock work, we didn’t have to worry about anything.
The food. Given we were dining outdoors, buffet was our only option. That said, the food was beyond delicious. We will be back at the on-site restaurant, Blue, for dinner!

My husband and I had the most phenomenal experience having our wedding at Grey Havens Inn in Georgetown, Maine on September 28, 2019. Not only was Grey Havens Inn completely open and flexible to our ideas, they also let us transform areas of the property to create visual experiences for our press and media coverage. We worked very closely with the Inn owners on each and every step of the planning which took about one year. Every decision was handled with enthusiasm, care and the utmost attention to detail. Most importantly, we build 100% trust with the owners at Grey Havens Inn which is crucial with planning this degree of an affair and the business relationship formed. Grey Havens Inn is the dreamiest place I have ever been - and I've been to a lot of places! From the moment you walk onto the porch and see the that incredible, out-of-this-world waterfront view of Harmon's Harbor, it is like you travel back in time. From the inside out, it is such a breathtaking setting for a wedding, filled with romance, elegance and raw beauty. Top that with the amazing service from Eve and her husband, and it easily turns into a top dream venue and destination for any wedding. I did all my wedding planning through Pinterest, Etsy and Instagram - I wanted to find a location that would allow for creative decor and amazing photo ops - and Grey Havens more than provided. Plus, you can fill the entire Inn with only your guests, making it such an intimate option for you and your family and friends to have a private weekend away together, which is something we wanted for our wedding weekend. It is so laid back and casual, yet elegant and gorgeous - it was everything we were looking for and more. Eve is amazing; she will help you with planning, she's totally flexible and she's so much fun to hang out with! If you are looking for an intimate, unique, wedding venue for you, your family and friends to get away together on the coast of Maine - do NOT look any further! Go see Grey Havens and you will see for yourself! We already cannot wait to go back again and again for anniversaries and family reunions. It is such a gem of a place, and will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Grey Havens was the perfect venue for our wedding on August 3, 2019! Eve and Dick were wonderful hosts and looked after all of our needs throughout the weekend. They also gave us many great tips on local vendors. Chef Esau Crosby created a sensational menu and the wine list is exceptional. All of our guests were absolutely delighted with their experience and many said it was the best wedding they ever attended. The porch and ocean views were everything and more than we expected!
