Wedding venue

While looking for a venue this was the first one we viewed. The ambiance was amazing and the food was delicious! The event coordinator and staff made sure that we had little to nothing to worry about. The renovations made it more beautiful and I loved at how they accomodated my disabled brother. Our haven't stopped talking about how beautiful it looked and how friendly the satff were. The best part was even though they still had the club opened to members there wasn't any interference with the members and our wet. We had the time of our lives and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this club!!!

Elizabeth was extremely helpful and informative. The venue was beautiful. The food was amazing. We had dr.pepper marinated top sirloin and it was a huge hit along with the chicken. The venue was able to be setup the way I wanted. There were a few things that were a little bumpy at first, but we're fixed immediately. They are extremely accommodating.

Elizabeth was super easy to work with, patient, and professional. She took me through each "to do" step by step and understand my vision for everything. Loved working with you. The venue is beautiful and the colors/deco are neutral enough that it goes with whatever vision you may have. The food was superb. The best I tasted in the area for weddings. The overall staff and manager were very friendly to work with as well. Overall, couldn't have chosen a more perfect, intimate setting for my ceremony and reception. Thank you GCC!

We used this venue for my dad's retirement party. Elizabeth, the private events director, was easygoing and flexible. Most of our communication was done via email and she was quick to respond to emails and was really flexible with last minute changes. The staff was really great the night of the party and the food was very good. Our family and friends are still talking about how great the venue, food, and staff were.

Highly recommended. I booked Greenbrier Country Club for an October wedding. After looking at a large selection of possible venues, Greenbrier Country Club was a no brainer; it was the first place my mother and I agreed on. For everything you get, the price is really good. The grounds and space are both beautiful. The food was phenomenal! We were originally going to have only two entrées, but after the food tasting we went with three because it was just soooo good.
Elizabeth was amazing too. She is the on site event coordinator. She bent over backwards for us and had great suggestions and solutions to accommodate all of our crazy requests.
Even the locker room where you stage before the bridal party entrance was beautiful.
This venue is perfect.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Greenbrier Country Club and was floored at how easy it was. Everything was beautiful and simple for me. We were able to come in for a tasting of the food choices for the reception and pleased with all the choices. The food was wonderful, rooms were beautiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. When a liquor a guest wanted was not included in the bar package we'd chosen, it was provided at no additional charge.

At first I was hesitant to hold my wedding at a country club. I thought there would be too much pomp and circumstance around it. However; Greenbrier Country Club exceeded my expectations in every way.

They offer an incredible value as a venue and went out of their way to provide services for us that it's venues would have charged an arm and a leg for. Their event coordinator was willing to spend as much or as little time as I needed with her prior to the event. Her expertise was extremely helpful and appreciated but she always listen to my opinions and vision to make the event turnout exactly as we had hoped.

The venue is classy but casual/comfortable enough so that it didn't feel like my guests couldn't let down their guard and have fun (but still provided for an atmosphere that is appropriate for a wedding.

I hear from someone new everyday how incredible the food was and how great the staff were, better than any other venue I have been to.

Absolutely no complaints at all, they made for a smooth and successful event at a great price.

Elizabeth and the staff at GCC are awesome! They made sure each aspect of our wedding reception was taken care of. From set up to clean up, we could not have asked for a smoother or more beautiful reception. Bride, groom, family and friends were able to kick back and have an amazing time knowing that we were in good hands.

My siblings and I wanted to throw my mother a big 60th birthday party and after weeks of research we decided to go with the Greenbrier country club. Pricing, service, and ambience were the three most important factors that led us to our decision. From the very beginning, Elizabeth, over at the Greenbrier Country Club was very attentive to my needs for this event. All of my questions were answered quickly. In the days leading up to the event, I was able to coordinate when the staff would have the ballroom set up, times that items could be delivered, and even additional time for me to come in and add some decorations. The day of the event the staff was amazing. I had staff checking in with me to make sure things were going according to my timeline and everyone was so helpful and observant. In the end, everyone in attendance let me know how impressed they were with the entire event, from the beautiful venue to the attentive staff. I would glady do business with Greenbrier Country Club again and recommend them to anyone interested.
