We used Upohar for our wedding and had a wonderful experience with them. People still comment about how good the food was at our wedding, some even asked us for the recipes, which obviously we don't have haha. Upohar was able to create a menu that included important foods from our cultural backgrounds and important travels that have impacted us. We had a menu that had Peruvian, Lao, African, and Lancaster County Mennonite food for appetizers and entres.

We also appreciated the sustainability that we were able to achieve with the help of Upohar, who gave us the option to be sustainable. The whole team we worked with was wonderful as well. I highly recommend Upohar if you want delicious food and if you want to have some fun with your wedding menu.

We had a July wedding (and I am a mature bride in her 50s), so we starting working with Upohar about Feb. in meeting to start choosing our menu. We married in Harrisburg. Upohar is in Lancaster, and as our venue was Manor on Front and did not allow use of their kitchen, it was important to have a caterer that could bring everything to serve the right temperature and yet clean up and bag everything after. We had NO COMPLAINTS from the venue (who didn't didn't recommend any Harrisburg caterer that had been there). They had a call with us in advance to work out final numbers and a timeline, and Upohar was extremely professional throughout. On the day of, the appetizers were handed around by their staff, at no extra charge, making it very regal, and the buffet line was very professionally served. We had 3 appetizers (samosas, spanikopitas and something else) and then for the main meal lo fen, moussaka, rice pilaf, pork pernil and chicken and beef skewers. My only feedback in hindsight is that the skewers were a bit dry and the appetizers could perhaps have been a little more richly filled. I would have used a less lean cut of meat for the skewers and/or a dipping sauce. We had compliments on the food and some mentioned the pork pernil, especially. But we had a ball eating the leftovers. The staff were smiling, professional, and brilliant at clean-up. We opted to use my mother's and grandmother's china and so provided disposable cutlery from Wayfair. (They will provide disposable bamboo but if you opt to provide your own dishes, you provide silverware, too.) They did scrape the china clean of food and I stacked the dishes in crates I provided, which they did so well that it held a few days till I got to the dishes! Honestly, it was a relief having this go right and one less thing to worry about and I would use them again in a heartbeat. We opted to provide our own fruit and dessert table. The cost for about 41 adults was roughly $4,000.

The team was professional & communicative. This catering was not boring or basic! I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed everything about about working with this catering company. They were always quick to respond and we were able to customize our wedding menu for it to be exactly what we wanted. The food was amazing and our guests loved how unique and tasty the food was. Wedding planning was very stressful for me (I'm not the planning type lol), but the catering was one of my favorite parts. The tasting alone was incredible--very intimate setting for a tasting and the food that was prepared was fantastic. We would 100% recommend!

Upohar was wonderful! Food was amazing! Our guests were blown away by meal. They basically helped us keep on track with planning our wedding. Great communication. They were extremely helpful and able to connect us with other vendors. Also love that they are socially conscious. We were able to choose sustainable plates and cutlery and they donated our leftover food. 10/10. Your wedding will be better if you choose Upohar.

My husband and I hired Upohar for our September wedding, and they were fantastic! We opted for their food truck, selecting 3 different entrees, and 3 different appetizers. We specifically picked Upohar because of the variety of cuisine they offer. We were able to curate such a unique menu--a red Thai curry with tofu, a Greek Pastitsio & a Moroccan chicken shawarma. Our guests loved the options. The Upohar team was also great to work with-communicative, professional, friendly. We highly recommend them!

Upohar catered my husband and my wedding, and they did an absolutely flawless job with everything!! The food was amazing, everything was perfect, and upohar was flexible with where we had them set up the line of food in our reception area. We also want to acknowledge the young man who brought us our appetizers during the rainstorm when we were getting our bride and groom pictures and our wedding party pictures, we really appreciate the effort and devotion to helping us have such a perfect and memorable wedding day!

We had our small wedding celebration catered by Upohar in June, and I wholeheartedly recommend them! We were looking for a vegan/veg caterer which is hard to come by in the area, and we're so glad we found Upohar! We had a delicious Mediterranean buffet meal and our guests loved it! Stephanie and Josiah were so lovely to work with; patient, kind, good-natured. They made our meal a breeze. They even sent us a wedding gift and a sweet card. Stephanie, Josiah and the entire team from Upohar supported our son and his fiance's wedding rehearsal / welcome dinner so well, assisting with menu selection and all details including a pre-event visit at the wedding/rehearsal venue. The food was so delicious and appreciated by guests. Service and cleanup was excellent as well. We can highly recommend Upohar as an excellent caterer for any event!
