Good selection & reliable

Rental World was really great to work with. We specifically worked with Christine who was a true gem and happily made all updates and changes and we went along. They did a delivery drop off to our venue which made things MUCH easier for us. Their selection was very nice and the whole process was super simple. We very much appreciated their help on our big day, would definitely recommend!!

The Easiest Part of Wedding Planning

I loved working with Rental World while planning our wedding! Not only did they come through with the best flexibility and pricing, but they had everything we needed so we didn't need to rent from multiple places. Christine was such a pleasure to work with and has excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to help me, and even took two different types of uplighting home with her so I could picture what they looked like at night on trees. The quality of their rentals was great and added beauty to our wedding. I'm thankful we worked with Rental World and suggest you do as well!

Tables and chair rental-perfect

Rental world made our rental experience so easy! We had a tent, tables, 2 sets of chairs and a dance floor at delivered 1 day prior to our wedding. We had made several changes in the weeks leading up to our wedding and Rental World was able to accommodate and was so helpful in deciding exactly what we needed.

They were very quick to respond and very helpful. They don't hassle you and are very easy going. The value for what you get is amazing! My wedding date changed and we had to change quite a few things every other day or so, but they were helpful and flexible with our constant changes!

I must have called and confirmed and reconfirmed and changed the number of chairs I needed 3 times. They never complained, or led on that I was as needy and overbearing customer as I certainly was!! They were professional and helpful, and very well priced. They even have extra discounts with coupons, or for spending a certain amount! I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs to rent tables, chairs, plates, silver and more!!

Rental World surpassed all of our expectations for our wedding day! We had a backyard wedding meaning we needed to rent EVERYTHING! Nicole was great and made sure we had everything we needed. From the tent to the tables and chairs to the bathrooms, come our wedding day we were set! They carried everything to our backyard for us we just had to set the tables and chairs where we needed them. My only disappointment was the dance floor. Should've saved the money. The floor itself was fine but the install was terrible. A guy did come back to "fix" it but I still should've saved the trouble. All that aside I am planning on using rental world again in the future.

Wasted Day

We planned our daughter’s wedding and time with family based on schedules we were given by vendors. It started fine, but Monday was supposeD to be pick up day. We heard nothing by 10 am. We called and left a message. We received a message apologizing and telling us they would be there between noon and 2. At 4 pm we called again. More apologies. They meant nothing after I wasted a vacation day meant to spend with family.

Can not recommend.
