I highly recommend working with Taylor for your wedding and any other special event! She is so easy to work with and takes the time to really understand your personal vision and aesthetic. She communicates well, asks thoughtful questions, and is more than willing to change and customize your details as many times as needed to get everything just right! I rented decor from Taylor, but I ended up with so much more than I would have expected - a personalized experience with exceptional service!



Most importantly, Taylor took on a special project of creating a custom statement piece from scratch to make my seating chart dreams come true! She made sure all the details of this piece and all the other decor looked absolutely perfect on our wedding day! I was completely confident in Taylor and her abilities to collaborate with the venue staff and the results were stunning! I can’t thank and recommend her enough!

We hired Taylor as a Day Of Coordinator and she was incredibly easy to work with and great at what she does. As a control freak, letting go of all the little details on the day of was so hard to do, but I put our trust in her and she did not disappoint! We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life.
If you’re on the fence about hiring a Day Of Coordinator, do it! Hire Taylor. She’ll take those tasks off your plate so you can actually enjoy your day.
Bonus points because she had to go up and down 70 or so stairs to get to the venue each time!

Taylor was amazing to work with, she is very open to whatever you want to do! Her inventory of rentals is a huge plus and it’s very well priced. She responds to emails or texts quickly which we appreciated very much especially in the few days leading up to our wedding. Taylor created a ‘Taylored’ package for us keeping services we needed and taking out services we did not need.

I found Taylor through my sister who booked my bridal shower at Loft 441. I had no idea she did event planning and was quick to book her once I met her and saw her inventory online. Loft 441 is a great event space and was perfect for my bridal shower!

Our pre-wedding phone call was very thorough and helped us create a timeline and figure out the rest of the small details - even ones we hadn’t thought of. She was in touch with all of our vendors ahead of time to plan out arrival times with them all. Taylor really helped us turn our vision into a reality and it became even more clear how much she loved her work on the day of!

Our wedding venue let us set up the day before the wedding which was a huge plus. Taylor was there right on time with all of the items we rented from her and she got to work setting up with no hesitation! She truly is very motivated and kind. She worked along with our officiant so our rehearsal went smoothly.

Our entire wedding day was coordinated by Taylor. I cannot express how much of a relief it was to have her there that day! She was the one who coordinated the vendors and spoke with the venue. While I was getting ready, I honestly wasn’t even aware when the vendors arrived which I definitely preferred. It allowed me to relax and enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids without running around answering questions. She worked hard to make sure everything was put out when we had planned - like replacing our gifts/cards with the wedding favors. She is truly so detailed and careful with her work.

After the wedding, Taylor took care of pretty much everything- she cleared tables, helped organize and put away all of our things in our boxes. She was there way after we left! She made it super easy to come in the next morning and pack up our things! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!!

I worked with Taylor as my Day Of Coordinator for my wedding and really can't say enough good things. She was proactive, organized, communicative, and most importantly, totally positive and solutions-oriented on the day of, which left me 100% free to enjoy myself and my time with people I love. I never really wear makeup other than occasional mascara and eyeliner. For reference, I have vitiligo and have been told in the past it would take layers and layers of makeup and hours to work with my skin. However, working with Tymia Yvette was a completely different experience. She worked with my vitiligo, put me at ease and made me look absolutely stunning for a family wedding that I attended. Her calmness and kindness helped me a lot and I felt very happy that she did my make-up. Thanks so much for the advice she gave me and for taking the time to make sure that everything would be perfect. She did an amazing job with my makeup and it stayed on all day and night. I felt really beautiful, confident and I had nothing but compliments on the perfection and detail she achieved with my look!

Tymia "Mia" is fantastic and I booked appointments at her studio which was very comfortable and well set-up.

I have seen her for make up and other services, and highly recommend her. The purpose of my appointments were to improve my appearance. I hadn't expected it, but was struck by how patiently she taught me correct make up application technique, the features of different make-up brushes, and showed me specific items I could consider buying on my own. Mia's strengths are her 1) skill and 2) ability to teach. As an educator myself, I believe only a truly generous and confident professional will share their knowledge and Mia exemplifies this to a "tee". I never felt pressure to purchase anything but chose to not leave without booking my next appointment. Who knew? Learning can be fun and pretty at the same time.

Mia is the best of the best! She was incredible to work with and made sure that I felt confident and beautiful on my wedding day. I was struggling with some skin issues leading up to the wedding, and Mia didn't give up and worked with me until we found the perfect products to use. She was so patient, kind, and just fun to be around throughout the whole process. On the wedding day, everyone was so happy with how their makeup turned out and it lasted all day (through rain and tears) and photographed beautifully! She is so talented and will make sure that you feel like the best version of yourself- I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
