Helping clients with their catering needs is Dakota’s passion and her profession. A seasoned veteran in the world of catering and venue sales, you’d be hard-pressed to find her anywhere without her planner in hand! As a Lancaster native, Dakota has her pulse on trends and vendors to help make your event truly special. And as a newlywed, she has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to plan a wedding. In her free time she likes to linger in coffee shops for far too long, walk her dogs and enjoy a nice meal at a locally-owned restaurant.
Julia takes pride in helping clients achieve their dream event, whatever the occasion. Pulling from her multifaceted background in the hospitality industry – including a childhood spent assisting her mom with planning a variety of birthday parties, graduation parties and family get-togethers – Julia brings a fresh perspective and passion to the TFB Catering team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and taking road trips with her husband, Shane, and their Pug, Phoebe.
When his family took ownership of the historic Greenfield Restaurant in Lancaster, PA, when he was just 9 years old, Rafe embarked upon what’s since proven to be an accomplished life-long journey in and around the kitchen.
A graduate of Penn State’s Hotel & Restaurant Management program as well as the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, CA, Rafe learned his craft from some of the best in the business: at Terra Restaurant under Chef Hiro Sone; as Executive Sous Chef at Ame Restaurant in the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco (earning a Michelin Star in the process); and as the Executive Sous Chef at Frances – one of the busiest and “hardest table to get” restaurants in San Francisco – under Chef Melissa Perello (earning another Michelin Star along the way).
Passionate, detail-oriented, taste-sensitive – Rafe is a force in the kitchen, whether leading his team through a busy Friday night at a world-renowned restaurant, an intimate off-site private gathering or at high-volume events like corporate galas or weddings.
Rafe joined TFB Hospitality in 2020 as the Executive Chef for TFB Catering.
