The day of was so smooth - even with some moving parts at the last minute - Ammie handled it all for us and was so pleasant to work with. Ammie made our dream wedding at The Olana come true! The wedding planning process was so easy working with her. She has excellent attention to detail and thought of everything needed on our big day. Ammie is absolutely amazing! I came to her completely panicked and overwhelmed when we thought we could plan our wedding alone- from the first initial meeting she was so patient, broke down everything so we understood and helped turn all my random ideas and thoughts into an actual wedding vision! She helped us plan for 17 months and was such a great support for us!! She is so organized, always knows exactly what’s going on with your wedding/vendors/planning even though she has other weddings she’s doing as well. Her organizational skills and communication gave me so much peace of mind. She brought us drinks all wedding long, kept us all on track, and made our day so stress free and perfect! We would hire her a thousand times over, she’s truly the best and we were so grateful to have her plan our wedding!

OMG!!!!! Guys Ammie is the freaking bomb!!! I hired her as my month of wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond expectations. Even though I hired here for the month of coordinating, she answered my questions and was there to reach out to the whole time. When she started the coordinating part the last month she handled absolutely everything that would’ve stressed me out had I had to do it myself (vendor communication, timeline, last details, etc.)! The day of my wedding was so perfect and I attribute a large portion of that to Ammie because she was on top of everything! If something did go wrong, I had no idea because she handled it. I seriously got so many compliments from guests and my wedding party specifically about how amazing Ammie was!

When I got engaged back in December of 2020, I wasn’t entirely sure whether or not I wanted to hire a wedding planner. To be honest, part of me was like, “I’m not entirely sure I want to spend part of my budget on something I could try to do myself.” However, I started to doubt that thinking a bit and decided to inquire about planners. After my first meeting with Ammie, I had every confidence in her ability to make my wedding vision come to life. I had my husband and mom sit down and talk with her as well, and they could see why I was so excited to hire her as the planner for our big day.

Within days of our first meeting, my husband and I sat down with Ammie and she helped us develop a budget. From that meeting on, a TON of my stress about the wedding process decreased. I was genuinely impressed with her knowledge and expertise!

Throughout the planning process, Ammie made things so enjoyable and fun! I really love how she helped narrow down vendors based on my personality, design preferences, and budget. When we did have meetings with vendors, Ammie gave us all the information we needed to make the best choices for us and our vision in advance. When we left vendor meetings, Ammie took the time to debrief and help us weigh the pros and cons. Because of Ammie’s expertise and care, I felt confident about every single vendor decision we made
By the day of our wedding, I had the privilege of spending the day without worrying about a single thing because of Ammie. In fact, when I would try to help, Ammie would kindly remind me that the day was about me and that she had everything taken care of.

Every single second of our wedding ran smoothly. The whole day was beautiful. I seriously have no doubt in my mind that things went the way they did because of Ammie. I had so many compliments from guests about how beautiful everything was, and how much they enjoyed chatting with and getting to know Ammie.

I mean, just look at our photos, y’all. Ammie was the driving force behind making ALL OF THAT HAPPEN.

Ammie was a blessing for my husband and I. She was there without being overbearing and took care of the overall vision I had for the wedding. She would join in on phone calls and have honest conversations and true genuine feedback about what the possible vendor / DJ said rather than being a "as long as your happy about it" planner. Our location was in Midlothian, Texas and she was knowledgeable and helpful for finding people and was just an overall joy to talk with and have help.

Ammie planned the weddings for two of my daughters this year (they were two months to the day apart)…one in Dallas and the other in Austin. She was the absolute best decision we made for the biggest day in our daughter’s lives. I can not imagine either wedding without her organization, support and direction. No matter how organized you think you are, she is better! Ammie is a true professional and has all the traits you look for in your wedding planner.
