Ammie made our dream wedding at The Olana come true! The wedding planning process was so easy working with her. She has excellent attention to detail and thought of everything needed on our big day. Ammie was more than our wedding planner and became a friend throughout the process. She went above and beyond in every way. Our wedding was even more beautiful than we could ever imagine. My husband and I were able to enjoy every moment of the day without any stress. She is worth every penny and more. We highly recommend using Ammie as your wedding planner. -

Ammie is the best!
Ammie is absolutely amazing! I came to her completely panicked and overwhelmed when we thought we could plan our wedding alone- from the first initial meeting she was so patient, broke down everything so we understood and helped turn all my random ideas and thoughts into an actual wedding vision! She helped us plan for 17 months and was such a great support for us!! She is so organized, always knows exactly what’s going on with your wedding/vendors/planning even though she has other weddings she’s doing as well. Her organizational skills and communication gave me so much peace of mind. She answered all my questions, talked me out of many panic attacks, and was so patient when I went way over budget and changed my mind 8274738 times! She brought us drinks all wedding long, kept us all on track, and made our day so stress free and perfect! We would hire her a thousand times over, she’s truly the best and we were so grateful to have her plan our wedding! -

Ammie Marie Weddings is the absolute best.
It took me so long to write this review because words alone can’t describe how grateful I am for Ammie with Ammie Marie Weddings. In short, if you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further. I’m absolutely convinced that Ammie is the best in the industry.
When I got engaged back in December of 2020, I wasn’t entirely sure whether or not I wanted to hire a wedding planner. To be honest, part of me was like, “I’m not entirely sure I want to spend part of my budget on something I could try to do myself.” However, I started to doubt that thinking a bit and decided to inquire about planners. After my first meeting with Ammie, I had every confidence in her ability to make my wedding vision come to life. I had my husband and mom sit down and talk with her as well, and they could see why I was so excited to hire her as the planner for our big day.
Within days of our first meeting, my husband and I sat down with Ammie and she helped us develop a budget. From that meeting on, a TON of my stress about the wedding process decreased. I was genuinely impressed with her knowledge and expertise!
Throughout the planning process, Ammie made things so enjoyable and fun! I really love how she helped narrow down vendors based on my personality, design preferences, and budget. When we did have meetings with vendors, Ammie gave us all the information we needed to make the best choices for us and our vision in advance. When we left vendor meetings, Ammie took the time to debrief and help us weigh the pros and cons. Because of Ammie’s expertise and care, I felt confident about every single vendor decision we made
By the day of our wedding, I had the privilege of spending the day without worrying about a single thing because of Ammie. In fact, when I would try to help, Ammie would kindly remind me that the day was about me and that she had everything taken care of.
Every single second of our wedding ran smoothly. The whole day was beautiful. I seriously have no doubt in my mind that things went the way they did because of Ammie. I had so many compliments from guests about how beautiful everything was, and how much they enjoyed chatting with and getting to know Ammie.
I mean, just look at our photos, y’all. Ammie was the driving force behind making ALL OF THAT HAPPEN.
When my husband and I drove away from our wedding, I told him how sad I was that I wouldn’t be having our regular meetings with Ammie anymore. Yes, that is how great she is. Thank you, Ammie Marie Weddings for making our wedding the gorgeous and memorable day that it was. We love you! -

Hire Ammie for your Big Day
Ammie was a blessing for my husband and I. She was there without being overbearing and took care of the overall vision I had for the wedding. She would join in on phone calls and have honest conversations and true genuine feedback about what the possible vendor / DJ said rather than being a "as long as your happy about it" planner. Our location was in Midlothian, Texas and she was knowledgeable and helpful for finding people and was just an overall joy to talk with and have help. -

Ammie was the best wedding planning decision we made!!
Ammie is a ROCKSTAR of a wedding planner! Besides her being the nicest person you’ll meet, she will also be one of the best decisions you’ll make when planning your wedding. We had a lot of moving parts during our wedding day, and she made everything run so smoothly and stress-free. Leading up to the wedding day, her communication was top notch. She was always quick to respond and help us with anything we needed. Our in-person meetings were so helpful to get on the same page and plan out the details. Her online planning portal was a lifesaver for organizing payments, budget, contracts, design inspiration, and more. We could not have executed our wedding day without Ammie, and I cannot recommend her enough! Book her now, I promise she’s worth every penny! -

Ammie planned the weddings for two of my daughters this year (they were two months to the day apart)…one in Dallas and the other in Austin. She was the absolute best decision we made for the biggest day in our daughter’s lives. I can not imagine either wedding without her organization, support and direction. No matter how organized you think you are, she is better! Ammie is a true professional and has all the traits you look for in your wedding planner. She is organized, efficient, and trustworthy but beyond that she has an incredible personality and someone you WANT to be there on your big day.
Ammie made both weddings so beautiful, stress-free and fun and I can not imagine either without her there. She will be the best investment you will make for your wedding!

Bride and Groom!
I can’t even begin to say how awesome Ammie is!!! We booked her a year and a half out from our wedding date for the 3 months of service and she went above and beyond our expectations. We booked from Florida and had our wedding in texas and were hesitant to even have a planner..... silly us... when I say I could not have done it without her I REALLY couldn’t have. She was on top of every detail from timeline, vendors, to walkthroughs. I had no worries at all even planning a wedding from a totally different state. She was truly a life saver and made our wedding day run smoothly without a single hiccup. To top all of this off we now chat occasionally and became friends! She is so easy to work with and talked me off the Covid cliff several times! Thank you so much, you are amazing and we appreciate you more than you know! -

Every Bride needs this Ammie!
Early in our planning, my husband & I knew we needed a day of coordinator to take the reigns for the day of our wedding. However, I did not know exactly how much and to what extent I would need and lean on Ammie until I felt like everything was crashing and burning around me.
PRE BOOKING - During our initial consultation, I told Ammie everything I had done, everything I was planning on doing, and what I am capable of and need help with. I told Ammie I was looking at hiring her for Partial Planning. She told me no! She said - I did not need more than her month of planning with day of coordination after looking at my progress and plans! That’s when I knew she was mine! I hired Ammie because she’s honest, has this awesome energy about her, and wants to see all of your wedding dreams come true.
PRE WEDDING - Ammie's communication is amazing, she is prompt and professional but she's also so much fun! Ammie is direct and to the point, but she's also tactful and personable. Working with Ammie was amazing, she answered my questions, directed my train of thought to make sure I stay focused and on tract. I had so many last minute emergencies - dress problems, hair and makeup team problems, family problems, printing problems. Ammie was cool, calm, and collected when I needed her most. Ammie was a reasonable and realistic sounding board for my thoughts, and was a shoulder to cry on when I was in the middle of a disaster or just really freakin stressed out. When the first tailor told me my dress could not be altered, and I was crying all of my makeup off - She told me it would be okay and that it will work out and we will find a solution. When the venue I had was pushing back on us for stuff we had contracted, Ammie was in our corner supporting us and the things we wanted for our day! I know Ammie runs a full ship, and has a lot of brides - but I NEVER felt like she did not have time for me. We always felt like we were the only couple she has time for.
DAY OF - Ammie was so great working behind the scenes, our day went smoothly without any hiccups that I am aware of atleast. She brought an assistant on board the day of because my timeline required her to be in 2 places at once, and she was determined to see that all things went smoothly. My guests all mentioned how great she was and how hard she worked in the background! Ammie also helped round up the wedding party when everyone (especially the guys) would run off or make sure the parents were in the right place at the right time. Ammie kept the whole wedding day on schedule and I can't thank her enough for being there for for us during our engagement and our wedding day! Having Ammie run our day, really let us relax, take in, and enjoy the moment with all of our guests. Other than being present and having fun, no one in our wedding party had to think of a single thing on our wedding day! -

There are no words to describe how Ammie with Glitter and Glue Weddings and Events truly is. She is absolutely amazing and beautiful all around; inside and out! She has grown into someone I could consider one of my friends rather than someone I hired to help my plan my wedding. She went above and beyond our expectations. What I thought would be a great weddings ended up being even better than I could ever have imagined. She took our ideas and created the most beautiful wedding I could have ever imagined. Her creativity, vision, and dedication to her brides definitely shows. She worked with us from day one and was there every step of the way supporting us in all forms; from answers any questions I had, to remind us to pay our vendors, to setting up and organizing vendors and details. I truly could not have imagined, organized, or created a wedding like Ammie did. There was not one thing I did not like about our wedding day. Everything from start to finish went to seamlessly and smooth; it was perfect!. There was not one issue I dealt with the whole day and I was able to fully enjoy all aspects of my wedding and dance the night away. She truly is amazing! I would recommend her to any individual needing any wedding needs: day of coordinator, partial wedding planning, and full wedding planning. Get yourself an Ammie, because she is irreplaceable!

My husband and I are both very busy (and can be pretty lazy), so we knew we would need a wedding planner. We actually first chose Ammie because I liked the name of her company a lot, and it was one of the best things we could have done. We were already set on a venue and had gotten some information from them before our first meeting with Ammie. During our first budget meeting, Ammie showed us how our venue was trying to take advantage of us and overcharge. We found another meaningful venue and ultimately saved more money than we paid for Ammie's planning. Every vendor that Ammie connected us with was great, and she was incredibly helpful through the entire process. And day of, Ammie handled all of the vendors, set up, and breakdown, so all we had to do was enjoy ourselves, dance, and have fun with our friends and family! We loved our wedding, and our guests are still talking about how much they loved our beautiful ceremony, flowers, food, and cake! I would highly recommend Ammie to anyone getting married! -

Not only was I enamored with Ammie's service, but every single other vendor we used and multiple wedding guests went out of their way to tell me how impressed they were with her and how seamlessly the day went. She is prompt, knowledgeable, creative, connected, professional, diligent and was a great comfort to my husband and I. Many times when something came up we gave it straight to Ammie; she gained our trust completely from the first meeting. It was a joy and a blessing to get to know her and we feel very, very fortunate that she spent that time with us. I couldn't recommend her or Glitter and Glue Weddings more. -

Making Everything A Little Bit Easier
We used Ammie for her partial planning services. We had more of a non-traditional wedding and Ammie helped us achieve our vision. She helped communicate with vendors, find vendors for us to use, and helped with little things like stuffing and mailing envelopes. She's also a joy to be around. Highly recommend. -

Speechless
With only having 6 months to plan a wedding she pulled it off without a blink of an eye. Everyone told me wedding planning was stressful but I’m here to tell you otherwise. I wasn’t sure if using her was going to be my best bet. I thought why would I pay someone to do something I can do! I’m glad I put it all in her hands. If stressed crossed my mind I promise she was right there to make everything perfect and when I say PERFECT that’s what I mean. Never in my dreams did I think my dream wedding could come true and she was there to make it happen. She was able to work with the little budget I was trying to stay at and bring everything to light. I honestly think if I did anything right in my wedding beside marrying my husband it would be booking her to take on the big task that I asked of her. She rocked it! Danielle Sent on 07/03/2018I chose Ammie Marie as our day of coordinator. she went above and beyond, so much more than just the day of. She talked me down everytime I had a freak out, she helped with the amount of alcohol I needed, the drama we had going on between family, the layouts, EVERYTHING. She was there to untangle my dress from the bridge when I got stuck walking down the aisle, to correct our band on my song I was to walk down the aisle to when I refused to move after I heard the wrong song playing, she set up everything and handled all our vendors so everything went off without any stress on my part. I was able to enjoy the day and be present in the moment! She took charge and got everyone in line and had everyone listening to get pictures done quickly. I cannot recommend Ammie enough! -
