My Name is Megan Johnson. I'm happily married to the love of my life. My husband and I share tons of things from the love of hockey, the dislike of onions, and our faith in the Lord. We have a cozy home in southwest Michigan, where the summers are to short and the winters bring too much snow. We have a son, Oliver, who was born in October 2011, another little nugget due in May 2013, and a furkid named Lola both bring great joy into our life.
I have always been interested in photography. I've taken classes through high school and seminars through college and have recently done some workshops. I went through an internship with National Geographic and came to the realization that I am not that competitive to make it in a photo journalism career. I, however, did miss taking photographs and seeing the world through the lens. To put things simply...I enjoy and love photography. I have realized that photography is my passion and it is what makes me happy. Do what you love and love what you do!
