Ginger Bee Events & Planning is a wedding planner located in Seattle, Washington. Owner and planner Natalie Weinmeister worked in structural engineering for seven years before changing her career path to event planning. While these industries are quite different from each other, her skills are extremely applicable to planning events. Her unique background combined with her natural organization will allow her to provide you with an experience that is efficient, budget-conscious, and fun. She will help you think outside the box, keep you in the loop, and work her buns off to bring your wedding plans and ideas to life.

The day-of coordinator may be your most important wedding vendor hire, and if you’re like me, you don’t want to have to worry about a thing on your wedding day. Natalie was communicative and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her and her assistant provided excellent day-of coordination services and I would highly recommend her to other couples.

Most important wedding decision (besides saying "yes")!
I can’t even begin to tell you how incredible Natalie is. From our first meeting to our send-off, she consistently emanated a balanced vibe of professional and personable. My husband and I had 100% confidence in her as our coordinator, and if she was ever overwhelmed during the planning process, we will never know. Due to our large families and mostly-local friends, our wedding had upwards of 200 guests. With that many people a lot could go wrong, but (as far as I know), it was seamless because of Natalie! Everyone in our wedding party commented on how well she ran the show during the rehearsal and on the big day. She advocated for us when we had some communication issues with our venue, and she asked us all the questions we didn’t know we had to contemplate well ahead of time so that we could be worry-free in the days leading up to the wedding. I probably will never know just how much work went into making it all come together; I guess that’s the mark of a brilliant event coordinator!
Oh, and on top of her planning skills, she is an incredible designer and florist. I don't have much in the way of design vocabulary, so I didn't offer much direction, but she figured me out to a T and put together the most incredible ceremony flowers.

The best decision you will make!
Without a doubt the smartest decision we made when planning out wedding was hiring Natalie. At first the idea of hiring a wedding planner sounded way to fancy for what we were going for, but I shudder at the idea we almost did this without her help. She was so organized throughout the entire process and honestly made planning a wedding feel easy. Plenty of times throughout this process I turned to my husband and said, can you imagine doing this on our own. This feeling only peaked on our wedding day and the days before when I realized all I need to do is relax - a feeling I don't think every bride can say. She was worth every penny, and then some.

I met Natalie just as she was getting started in business, and then a few summers later I was the second shooter at a wedding she happened to be coordinating - we were both so surprised and THRILLED to see each other! She did a sensational job. The way she managed the timeline as well as setting up all of the decor so that it photographed beautifully made my job so much easier. I've had the pleasure of seeing several other event designs of hers and I'm constantly inspired by her ingenuity. In addition, she is personable, enthusiastic, and so much fun. I can't wait to work with her again. She truly cares about her craft and her clients!
