Beautiful wedding stationery!

Rosie was wonderful to work with and created beautiful stationery for our wedding! She was very accommodating and flexible, even though it was a last-minute booking, and she took the time to make everything look amazing. When we had to replace our officiant because of an illness two days before the wedding, she offered to print program inserts with the correction! We loved that she was thoughtful, deliberate, and willing to work with us on the design to help our vision come alive.

Rosie is fantastic! She is so friendly, down to earth and I didn't feel pressured to book with her. I was looking for a designer with a creative side and someone who could run with my ideas. She totally blew me away with her designs! She is very flexible, timely and so easy to work with! (not to mention she is fun and has great style). I'm so glad to have found her! She will also be doing all of my chalkboard writing for my wedding as well. I'm so thankful to have found her! You cannot go wrong with Songbird Paperie!

Rosie was the single most helpful person/vendor for my wedding - I don't know how I could have pulled it off without her! I knew very little about how to plan a wedding going into it and she helped me every step of the way - from designing beautiful Save the Dates, Invitations and Thank You Cards to the handwritten escort cards and helping me make wooden table numbers, every detail was perfect. On top of that she designed our wedding programs, adorable drink signs for cocktail hour, pretty menus for the place settings and made the most amazing card box and personalized wedding guestbook!

I HIGHLY recommend Rosie and Songbird Paperie for any event needs!

Rosie was great to work with! She is super creative and flexible - it was such a fun process to have her design the invites for a dear friend's bridal shower. I look forward to working with her again in the future :)

Worst company we’ve ever dealt with

Songbird Paperie is without a doubt the worst business my wife Julie and I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This sad excuse for a small business is a predator in the community that profits on fraud, lies, laziness, incompetence and stealing the hard-earned money and time of its customers. Julie and I used this business to make our save the dates and wedding invitations, and it has been a complete disaster. Rosie and Erica are terrible communicators, who routinely went days without responding to messages, and routinely had delays in their service. After several delays, when my wife and Rosie had finally set an exact date to pick up the completed save the dates, she went to Rosie’s house only to be told that they were not ready, and to come back the next day.
The wedding invitation process was even worse. After two months of delays, ghosting, and the same terrible communication, we sent her the final guest list in early August, requesting the invitations to be complete before Labor Day. Once again, Rosie went days without responding to check-ups and said there would be delays into early September. She finally told us the invitations would be completed for sure on 9 September-exactly 2 months before our wedding. Julie messaged her multiple times the week before, and Rosie assured her the completion date was accurate, and that she could pick the invitations up at the end of the day. After sending her messages on the day of, Rosie finally responded at 4pm to inform us that the invitations were delayed again. When we pressed her for us a reason, she cried and made an excuse that she was “doing the best she could”. She then finally admitted that the invitations weren’t ready because she had failed to do the calligraphy on the invitations: which was literally her only real job in this process. She delayed the completion until 11 September, and then in the same breath moved the date back again to 13 September.
We asked for a full refund at this point, as she had misled us and delayed the completion multiple times. She was adamant she could only give us a partial refund. When she laid out the refund as part of the total cost, we realized that she had misquoted us for the total cost all along. This sad excuse for a business had been awful to us all along, and was now trying to steal from us. This is totally unacceptable, and just foul, abhorrent practice. The refund she offered us was clearly an arbitrary number, because the receipts she provided to explain the refund did not add up to the amount, and she could not explain in a coherent manner how she had itemized the receipts and determine the costs of the materials and service.
Songbird Paperie is quite honestly a joke. But it’s a malicious joke that takes customers hostage and squanders their time and money. Do not use this business for anything, ever.
We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.
