Bailey is simply amazing! She is extremely kind, creative, incredibly organized, super responsive -- everything you could possibly want from a wedding planner! I live in Oregon, but my wedding was back home in Michigan. I never thought I could plan a cross-country wedding nearly stress free, but Bailey made it possible! She really listens to what you envision your perfect wedding day to be like & makes it happen -- even if you have a tight budget! She made the process of finding vendors & creating beautiful decor so easy! On the big day she was there for every moment. Whenever there was a bump in the road, she had already fixed it before I even knew anything had happened. She is truly gifted. She made this whole process fun, simple, and stress free! She allowed me to have the wedding day I always dreamed of & I actually was able to enjoy the day of without sweating the small stuff! She is simply gifted with event planning. All of my vendors commented with how easy we were to work with and how organized everything was. I can't thank her enough!!

Bailey was amazing to work with! She was kind and with us every step of the way. She took the vision I had for our wedding and created something even better than I imagined. In addition, she was very easy to get in touch with and worked with my husband's and my crazy schedules. She was also very aware and respectful of our budget. She helped us plan and execute our wedding beautifully while coming in under budget! How many brides can say that?! I had a fantastic experience working with Rose Gold Events! Bailey was a kind, upbeat, and calm presence in the crazy time that was the year of planning our wedding. She allowed me to email/bug her all I wanted and always replied quickly with good advice. She was very on top of things and definitely made the rehearsal and wedding day go much more smoothly than it would have otherwise. Our families (who at first didn’t all totally understand why I thought it was necessary to hire a coordinator) said great things about how awesome it was to have her around to answer questions and keep things moving and flowing. Plus, in my frazzled state, if someone came up to ask me about something I could just say “talk to Bailey.” I was very happy not to be in charge!

I think the best thing about hiring RGE was that Bailey totally executed the decorating of the reception hall with the help of just a few of my girlfriends. We did not hire anyone for rentals - it was all DIY. I gave Bailey all the décor and centerpieces ahead of time (which filled up her SUV very well!) and she made it all happen to what I requested. Neither the groom, myself, or any of our immediate family had to worry about setup at all – it was all done like magic! She also confirmed the timeline for arrival with each vendor (of which there were many) and gave them instructions so that I didn’t really have to interact with them except to say thank you in passing. She also kept the reception timeline flowing smoothly (we had a deadline to be out by a certain time) and fielded the random funky situations that arose and dealt with them no problem. We just got to enjoy ourselves! Plus she directed everyone with the cleanup at the end, recruited her husband to help with breaking down tables & chairs, and she personally mopped the floors. Talk about service!

This review was a little aimless and disorganized – two things that Bailey is most definitely not. I cannot recommend Rose Gold Events more.

I absolutely LOVED working with Bailey! I cannot image trying to plan a wedding without her. She was on top of everything. We got together a few times to go over everything, and she even went to my venue and met with the venue's wedding coordinator to see how everything would be set up and asked questions since she had never been to that venue before (The Canal, in Ballard). She went over the contract with me towards the end to make sure everything that I wanted was there and she emailed them for me with any changes that needed to be made after our meeting (it was getting close to the wedding date and I had a ton of stuff to do, so it was nice to have someone else take care of that for me). She contacted all the vendors to check times and then emailed them the timeline we had come up with. She was very quick to respond to my emails and answered all of my questions. I had no idea she was going to do this, but she even took off work the week of the wedding so in case I needed help with anything she could come help me. I was extremely appreciative of this! On the day of the wedding she picked up the bridal flowers from the florist (the rest were being delivered) and dropped them off at the hotel where we were all getting ready. She then coordinated with the guys while they were getting ready. The venue set up and take down was flawless. Everything was set just how I imagined. She kept me on track the whole night and kept reminding me of things that I would have completely forgotten about if she had not been on top of it. Again she did an AWESOME job and I would recommend her to everyone. She is seriously the nicest person to work with, and I couldn't have had my day go as smoothly as it did without her help.

Bailey is a good friend of mine that I knew from college. When I told her that my florist no longer thought she had the time to do my wedding flowers and that I was starting to panic because I know NOTHING about flowers she quickly stepped in. I was her first wedding and I had given her less then two months time to put together the flowers for my wedding reception. She assured me not to worry, that she could purchase and arrange my flowers and in the end she created the most beautiful center pieces. She listened to my opinions of what I liked and was able to create just what I envisioned.I had an assortment of short and tall center pieces all that were beautiful. She did all the setting up at the reception hall the morning of the wedding. This included the guest tables, head table, bathrooms, and other random places like near the guest book and at the bar. She also set out my favors. Lastly, she did all this while staying under my budget.
