Gelato Fiasco was amazing to work with! We are so happy we made the decision to have gelato at our June 2025 wedding in York, ME. Our guests loved the gelato and kept coming back for more. We did not have any leftover! The service was great- timely, personable caterer, and professional. The flavor options were great as well with so much to choose from! I highly recommend them for your wedding!

Serving gelato for dessert at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! It was a huge hit and we were shocked by how many guests queued up for it. Gelato Fiasco even left us pints of leftover gelato which we enjoyed the day after our wedding! During the planning process Mitch was great to work with and our tasting was so much fun. We also appreciated that Gelato Fiasco brings everything they need (table, cups and spoons, signage, etc.) which made planning with them a breeze!

We hired Gelato Fiasco last minute for wedding to do a post-dinner gelato station and boy, was that a great idea! Our wedding day ended up being 95 degrees, but when that gelato came around, the guests flocked over to try some and cool down! Our guests are still raving about how thrilled they were to have a delicious treat on such a hot day. The team at Gelato Fiasco was so easy to work with and were able to accommodate our venue restrictions around single use plastics. We highly recommend them (especially for your summer wedding!)

I've loved Gelato Fiasco since they first opened, and now all of our wedding guests are fans for life, too! What an amazing way to "wow" our guests! GF was able to accommodate our needs for a couple of vegan options, as well as having a rich chocolate, a fruity, and even a customized mocha flavors for us to indulge in.

The GF team was always friendly and on-the-ball. We were able to have a taste test in the store, where we really fine-tuned our selections -- some of them surprised us! On the day of our wedding, the caterer was punctual and made setup and breakdown super easy. We even got to take home leftovers... what a fun post-wedding treat!

Hands down one of the easiest vendors to work with throughout our whole wedding process. The gelato was a hit at our wedding, and our guests still can't stop talking about it. Picking out all the flavors was amazing, and you can even create your own flavor for your wedding.

Gelato Fiasco was such a hit at our wedding! Star, Alisa and the team in Brunswick were awesome during our tasting day (we tried 30 flavors!) and so much fun! Everyone loved the gelato flavors selected and my only wish is that there was a second server because the line was really long (20-30 people deep) at some points. Definitely a fun alternative to a wedding cake!

We may be biased because we are long-time fans of the Gelato Fiasco, but we were SO happy we booked them for a booth for our wedding! It was a fun addition to cake, and the servers were friendly, reliable, etc. We had a great time meeting with Star at Gelato Fiasco for a gelato tasting a few months before the wedding, and we loved how personable she was - she put us right at ease! It was so fun being able to select our own flavors, and we've been enjoying the leftovers over the last few months. :)

We found out about Gelato Fiasco's wedding service at the Auburn wedding show and I couldn't have been more happy. Being an ice cream/gelato fanatic I was so surprised and happy to find them. we got to take our whole wedding party to do a tasting in their Portland location to narrow down the 4 flavors for our wedding as well as one specialty wedding flavor combining my favorite along with my husbands favorite. this was by far the highlight of the wedding; everyone's favorite!

Alisa was great to work with the the 2 servers who served our wedding were extremely friendly and helpful! The gelato and sorbetto was such a hit with our guests. Having them at our wedding was the best decision we ever made. We will be having them cater future events for us I am sure. They were awesome! The flavors we chose were also extremely delicious!

Alisa was very helpful in helping us to arrange our event. We discussed flavor selections, did payment over the phone, and of course the gelato was amazing! We got 3 flavors that came in containers that we could keep and save to eat later- which was wonderful!
