Chef Stacie from cake & co was a delight to work with! We started communicating with Stacie several months before the wedding and she was responsive and extremely accommodating. We had a tasting with her and she took our notes perfectly. On the day of, we had a stunning cake and several dozen cupcakes that our guests loved. We could not recommend Chef Stacie enough!

I had a wonderful experience working with chef Stacie for my wedding cake! Stacie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions leading up to the big day. She provided us with a tasting box with five flavor selections, which was lovely! All flavors were scrumptious, and my husband and I especially fell in love with her lemon blueberry and cafe latte cakes.

For our wedding cake itself, I had a particular design vision in mind. I provided Stacie with a few photos, and she was able to bring my design dream to life for my wedding day! The cake was absolutely stunning - better than I could have ever imagined. As expected, it was delicious, too. We all loved how rich the buttercream frosting was, and how sweet the blueberry preserves were. We got so many compliments on the cake from our guests!

My husband and I are so glad that we chose to work with Stacie to bring our wedding cake vision to life. We highly recommend her and Cake & Co!

I so wish that I could give Stacie 5 stars.
Her prices were affordable, and she did a wonderful job decorating our cake! It was truly gorgeous. However, from day 1 communication wasn’t fantastic. I’d often have to send a few emails over 1-2+ weeks before hearing back, and we waited 1.5 months to receive the tasting samples. Communication gaps and a few misunderstandings with a vendor are understandably enough to make a bride very nervous!
The samples were delicious, and we chose the chocolate salted caramel, but the cake on the wedding day did not taste like the sample. The frosting was not sweet at all (actually oily and salty if anything), and there was no trace of a caramel “ganache”. We were also supposed to receive a separate anniversary cake with our package, but our venue told us this was never received; Stacie told us she would mail us one, but it has now been almost 3 months and she has yet to do so.
I’ll repeat that the cake was visually very appealing, so Stacie excels at that.
