Suher is a Queen
On the wedding day and in the days leading up to it, her team exuded professionalism and warmth. They approached every detail with such care and enthusiasm, making it clear that they were not only focused on executing a flawless event but also genuinely invested in making my experience. If any challenges arose, I remained blissfully unaware because they handled everything so seamlessly. For me, the day felt utterly perfect in every way.
I wish I could find the words to fully convey how Suher and her incredible team went above and beyond my expectations. They took my vision of a New Year’s Eve wedding and transformed it into something magical, creating a celebration that was not just what I had imagined but far beyond anything I could have dreamed of. My wedding day was the best, most magical and beautiful day of my life and I thank Suher for that.
The best ever
We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but also had a clear budget defined and certain things that we didn't care about at all. Suher helped us look for the types of vendors that we wanted to work with and that were within our budget. If what we wanted was outside our budget, Suher presented us with various options so we could understand the difference in pricing and make an informed decision. Having someone to keep us on a good timeline was extremely helpful and Suher would let us know when and what decisions needed to be made. It's like having a third partner in the planning process who brings years of experience in this space. Working with Suher is like having a built in tie-breaker because, let's face it, sometimes we needed her opinion but only if we asked for it and always in a nice way!
In addition to being our planner, Suher, in all her enthusiasm, really become our wedding designer too. Suher took over a lot of items that were not important to us, including stationary, flowers, and decor. We sent a few inspo pictures and then she delivered the most gorgeous wedding we have ever seen. She would send things over from instagram and was constantly thinking about what we could do with the design. As non-creatives ourselves, we wouldn't have thought about things like the design of the wedding but it was really amazing seeing everything come together in an elevated way and really made us feel like our day was extra special. She made all the floral arrangements including bouquets and centerpieces. She also designed and set up all the tables and the ceremony stage, and they were STUNNING (see pics).
Suher also helped us review contracts, schedule vendor calls, and track vendor payments. Closer to the event, she coordinated insurance with all the vendors and developed our timeline. The day of the event, Suher made sure everything went smoothly and that any problems were dealt with quickly and quietly, which allowed us to fully enjoy ourselves and that is worth every dollar. We are forever grateful and always available as a reference.
Suher is fantastic!
When we met Suher about six months out from our wedding, we had a venue and photographer, but no other vendors or concrete ideas as to what we wanted. Although we chose her Partial Planning Service, the amount of support and input that Suher provided felt very complete and we couldn’t ask for more. Her connections and advice made finding vendors super easy (especially since we live in Northern California and weren’t always able to check out options in person), and again as a non-planner, I really appreciated that she came up with decor/design ideas that I instantly loved without me having to do any of the planning work! From advice to coordinating to bringing everything together on the day, Suher was there for us. She even put together all the florals herself! The wedding itself was gorgeous, fun, went super smoothly, and we got so many compliments from guests saying it was one of the most unique they’ve been to. We are so thankful we met Suher and we highly recommend her!

Amazing planning, design, and coordination - 10 stars!
From the moment we met Suher over a FaceTime call, we clicked and knew she was the person we wanted to hire to help with the design and month of coordination. We even ended up hiring her to do our flowers and she BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER. Such a gorgeous and thoughtful design to compliment our tropical chic vibe. She listened to our millions of design ideas and executed perfectly. We cannot wait to see our professional photos of the venue! We had so many fun design details - shot wall seating chart, hedge wall with a custom neon sign, customized leaf placemats, beautiful flower/candle arrangements, signage, photos… the list goes on and on.
The DJ was at the top of our priority list and when we described the music vibe we wanted, she instantly knew the perfect person, Drew from SongstruckDJ. He threw the most insane party of all time and all of our friends now want to hire him! We’re forever grateful to Suher for connecting us.
A wedding weekend isn’t complete without something going wrong. Close to midnight the night before my wedding, Suher called to let me know that my friend and hairdresser had an emergency and backed out of the wedding (not Suher’s recommended vendor). This was probably the first time I became a bridezilla and freaked out. Suher was so empathetic and found two alternatives to do 8 girls’ hair. Suher and Kelly ended up making the call to my makeup artist who was so accommodating and offered to do hair as well. The day went so smoothly.
For the after party, Kelly ordered In n Out to surprise our guests. The team even picked it up and set them up so nicely on serving trays. The wedding guests were surprised and so stoked! Let’s just say guests put a few in their bags for later, ha!
For the month of coordination, Kelly was so on top of it. I really didn’t have to worry about coordinating with the vendors. And on the day of, the wedding party was so impressed with how on top of it and thoughtful she was. She even went to our suite at the end of the night and cleaned up so my new hubby and I didn’t come back to a mess. So incredibly thoughtful.
Suher, Kelly and team are the dream team. I wish we could get married 10 million more times just to work with them again. We’ve been so close over the last year of planning, and now, what are we going to do without them? We will use FRE for future life events and are so happy to share our experience with whoever would like to hear more.

Amazing and made everything easy for us!
We can’t thank Suher enough for all that she and her team did for us over a two year period. (Yes, two years!) We got engaged in February 2020 and hired Suher right away, right before the pandemic shutdown. She helped us navigate the myriad of covid restrictions so that we could get married that summer. This was no easy feat, as the restrictions at the time made everything more difficult and confusing, including venue restrictions, guest number limitations, vendor scarcity… even getting a marriage license was extremely difficult during that time. Suher handled all of this with grace and ease (at least from our perspective!)! She made it so easy for us. We didn’t have to figure out the new rules and restrictions (which were ever changing and evolving at the time!), and she figured out all the options and helped us craft a beautiful 10-person garden wedding at The Mission San Diego (with remote guests over Zoom), which wound up being more perfect than we ever could have imagined. She even managed to track down and get in contact with the priest who married us when we weren’t able to get in touch with him ourselves or through any of our contacts. Suher is seriously AMAZING and GETS THINGS DONE!
Then, nearly 2 years later, it was finally time to plan our party. Suher and her team planned our dinner reception at Juniper & Ivy, with all the perfect touches to suit our personalities. It was fabulous and she/they really went above and beyond to make it personal and lovely for us. From the menu, to the décor, to the music, to taking care of the babysitters for our littlest guests, Suher and her team handled it all and we are so very thankful! We were truly able to relax and enjoy the event with our family and friends we hadn’t seen in so long. I will always be so thankful for Suher and all she did for us, going above and beyond in so many ways! I was continuously amazed by her ability to make things happen and to do it without causing a fuss or making us worry. She is a wonderful, gifted person, friend, and wedding planner extraordinaire!! Thank you for making things so easy for us!!!

Wish we called sooner
Suher rounded up her best vendors and made our dream come true. She used her creativity and style and made for a beautiful event. We received so many compliments from our guests!
I was most impressed with her communication skills and efficiency. She organized people and made everyone aware of their responsibilities. Her team of assistants, Natalie and Lauren, were also so courteous and helpful during the event and behind the scenes. If there were any hiccups or speed bumps along the way, I did not feel them! They handled it and made the day seamless.
If you think you can do it on your own, go for it. But if you want an elevated event experience that is stress free, unique, and beautiful - you have to get forever refined events on your side!
Amazing planner & service!
Suher is amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and concerns. She made my wedding beautiful and more than what I expected! We had such a great experience with Forever Refined Events. They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They provided anything and everything we needed. They handled my family and friends perfectly and gave me and my husband everything we asked. When it came down to the photos we had a blast! We recommend them highly!

We had to completely change our wedding--and we are so lucky she was there to support. It seemed like nothing stressed her out. She was able to switch gears and it was literally the best wedding we could have hoped for.
