Hiring Sophia as our coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding. Our only regret is not hiring her sooner in our wedding planning process! Sophia is a calm and kind human and was incredibly pleasant to work with. We planned our wedding in the middle of a lot of life transition and she was very patient and gracious with us. Sophia was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and generous with her availability to meet with us. She helped us focus in on tasks of the greatest priority and often brought "to-do" items to our attention before they were even on our radar. Sophia did a great job balancing an eye toward the big picture and an eye toward the little details. For example, she helped curate the vibe we were going for, making sure our outdoor and indoor spaces felt coherent with one another, while also bringing in special finishing touches including velvet ribbons in our wedding colors and a "saved seat" sign in memory of my grandma. On wedding day, we did not need to think about ANY coordination - we had full trust in Sophia to manage the logistics of the day. She was attentive to the needs of my husband and I while managing the coming and going of vendors, responding to questions and comments from the wedding party and guests, and helping facilitate the transition from one event to the next. I cannot recommend Sophia enough!! Thank you for everything, Sophia :)

As part of our 25-year anniversary celebration, we decided to do what essentially amounted to a wedding to reflect the people that we are today. Several months ago, we had the intention of slowly working on planning it, but other than reserving the facility, we hadn't done anything until about 6-7 weeks before the event! We were connected with Forsythia Events through a mutual connection, and she guided us through the planning process on the extremely condensed schedule. The day was amazing, and her sense of calm and attention to detail prior to, on the day of, and after the ceremony was impeccable! Would 100 out of 10 recommend her to others!
