Cynthia Grove, owner of Forever Yours Weddings and ceremonies was founded in 1994, when I became an ordained minister/Licensed Wedding Officiant.
Serving Northern Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia
I was in the same position as my Brides today. I needed a non- religious officiant for my own wedding. My grandmother came from a very religious background and to honor her I needed to find a non-denominational wedding officiant.
This is when I realized the need for a Woman based company to lead the way for couples who choose to have a non-denominational ceremony.
Most couples spiritually seek a higher power than us and this should be a reflection at your wedding ceremony. Words chosen by you that reflect your life and beliefs, resulting in a unique and personal ceremony.
This is what led me to compose the wedding workbook. My exclusive workbook is a compilation of my own writings, my couples writings, and from other printed material. It will guide you effortlessly through the process and allow you to create a personalized service reflecting your own personal beliefs. The wedding workbook also references other customs and traditions inclusive to a wedding ceremony. Some of the examples are unity candles, blending of sands, and inclusion of children, they're are just a few of what is offered. In the end, the result will be a personal service, that is,

Perfect officiant!
Great energy and awesome to work with
On the day of she was calm and positive and had such a great energy. When we forgot our wedding license, she was flexible and let us deal with the paperwork when it was convenient for us. Definitely one of my favorite vendors to work, I can’t recommend her enough.

Amazing, professional, sweet
Thursday night, I was frustrated trying to find an officiant to marry us that following Saturday.
I reached several officiants and they were all unavailable. I reach out to Ms. Grove, and left her a voice message. Friday morning she called me back and gave me the great news that she was available to do our ceremony for Saturday.
She is the sweetest, most amazing person we have met. She made us feel super comfortable and gave such a beautiful speech even though we hadn’t shared much with her.
