Perfect officiant!
I wish I could give Cynthia 500 stars. When our first officiant was unable to attend the ceremony (who had shingles on their wedding day disaster bingo card? Not me!), Cynthia seamlessly stepped in. And this was three days before the wedding. She was gracious, kind, and clearly heaven sent for my FH and me. I can't recommend this wonderful woman enough! -

Beyond perfect and professional
We felt very comfortable with Mrs. Grove as our officiant. Really made our day special and unique. It was even better that we could planned the whole ceremony with her, that gave it a lot of meaning for us.
She even built a bouquet for me last minute for a VERY reasonable price.
We couldn't be happier with the decision of hiring her, such an amazing, caring and professional woman. -

Highly recommend working with Cynthia. She was very responsive when we had questions and great to work with. She made the process of putting together our ceremony so easy. She was able to guide us through the typical “structure” of the ceremony, and had so so many ways to customize, so it wasn’t overwhelming to figure out, but also felt very true to us. Whether you want something traditional, something completely unique, or anything in between, she’ll work with you.
On the day of she was calm and positive and had such a great energy. When we forgot our wedding license, she was flexible and let us deal with the paperwork when it was convenient for us. Definitely one of my favorite vendors to work, I can’t recommend her enough. -

Ms. Grove was an angel! My fiancé then, now husband (thanks to Ms. Grove), decided to have a small ceremony in our backyard very last minute.
Thursday night, I was frustrated trying to find an officiant to marry us that following Saturday.
I reached several officiants and they were all unavailable. I reach out to Ms. Grove, and left her a voice message. Friday morning she called me back and gave me the great news that she was available to do our ceremony for Saturday.
She is the sweetest, most amazing person we have met. She made us feel super comfortable and gave such a beautiful speech even though we hadn’t shared much with her.
We definitely recommend her for your wedding ceremony. We love her!!! -

We chose Cynthia for our ceremony because she was friendly during our consultation call and it seemed like her services were a good fit for us - she sent us her workbook where you can choose the prompt you want for each section of the ceremony, basically customizing every part of it. We were so excited reading it all and choosing the prompts that resonated with us the most, but during our ceremony, she kind of stumbled on some phrases and didn’t completely make sense, improvising on some parts here and there. She also had so much trouble saying my name, which I can understand - my name isn’t common at all, but we spoke to her about 3-4 times over the phone and every single time we spoke she would ask how to pronounce it and say that she was writing it out the way it sounds to her so she can get it right, but she would still get it wrong the next time. Just minutes before our ceremony she was still getting it wrong and it had me so anxious that our ceremony would be ruined. She didn’t completely mess up my name, but it did sound awkwardly pronounced. There were so many ways to prevent that, especially having contracted her two and a half months ahead of time.
On another note, we had arrived 5 minutes late to the park where the ceremony was going to be, and because the park is so big we had to get everyone to come over to the actual spot of the ceremony and set up the chairs. It all took a few minutes, so the ceremony actually ran about 15 minutes later than we planned. David’s mom later told us that Cynthia was a bit early and while waiting for us was being unprofessionally pushy, asking her directly “Are you the mother? Where is the ceremony going to be?? Where are they??? I have 3pm as the start time written here and I have to leave very soon” and who knows what else. My mother-in-law already had enough stress on her plate with all the decorating she did for us and to find out that Cynthia was being an extra stressor to her just really disappointed us. If she really didn’t have enough time, she simply could’ve told us that she wasn’t available on our day and we would’ve found someone more flexible.
She also totally messed up our first kiss as husband and wife! At the end of the ceremony she had us turn to face the crowd and presented us as Mr. and Mrs. Mexicano even though we told her we were presenting ourselves as Mr. and Mrs. Ponce since that’s the last name I’ll be taking. We both have 2 last names, so I get that it can be confusing, but she had asked us and we did clarify it to her. Then after presenting us, she simply told us to walk away. We couldn’t believe that she didn’t say the phrase we chose and were most excited for: “David, you may now kiss your wife”! Our videographers couldn’t believe it either and they whispered to us to go back in front of the crowd and redo our kiss. It was so awkward, frustrating, and such a huge let down. Definitely the worst part of our special day.
After the ceremony, Cynthia was so quick to leave that she didn’t even say goodbye, and she left with my vow book. She did mail it back to us in a week, but it had us panicking and frustrated.
Although she initially came across to us as very kind and easy to reach, she showed these flaws on our big day that ultimately changed our minds about her. It’s unfortunate, but in the end we would not recommend her services. -

Warning!!! I signed a contract with Cindy a few months ago along with sending her a down payment and asked her nicely to see her Officiant license. I am getting married in 10/23. After two days of back and forth she would not send me a copy of her license. She claims it is not her duty to send me anything and I signed a binding document. She was rude, dismissive and mentioned she would not send a copy because I was negative. Looks like she broke the contract at my expense…
I recommend getting a copy of her license before signing a contract with her. Note, I found another officiant who provided his license and does not use a contract or sign until the day of our ceremony.
Typically, I do not write reviews but this type of chaos as a wedding officiant is unprofessional and deceptive.
