Chef Brech and his team are wonderful. We had a memorial service for family members lost in 2020. There were around 50 people attending and we couldn't have picked a better caterer. The food and service were exceptional. Chef Brech and his team were extremely helpful going over the menus and logistics. Our guests were treated by a very professional team and the appetizers, dinner and bar were outstanding. I would recommend them for any type of large event.

We had Food Design by Chef Brech cater our wedding this September. They did an amazing job preparing the food and making sure we didn't have to worry about anything with the food. They were very accommodating and flexible organizing everything to minimize contact and keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Great price for everything included! They were also very professional and helpful through out the whole process. We would highly recommend to anyone needing wedding catering.

Steve, Robin, Nikki, and their staff did an amazing job before our wedding, and on our wedding night. We chose to have three food stations - polish, Chinese, and potato. Our guests RAVED about the food and are still giving us compliments every time we see them! All three stations tasted amazing and there was plenty of food for all 145 of our guests, plus leftovers.
Steve is really willing to work with you on your ideas and needs for your party. Cassie was quick to respond to calls and emails, and if she needed the answer from Steve, we heard back the same day.
We had mini desserts that went over really well too. The chocolate covered strawberries were "the best I've had ever had" a lot of our guests said. We had a late night snack with pretzel bites and pizza too which was very good! We really liked the selection of different mustard for the pretzels.
We would recommend FOODesign to anyone! A great team, great food, and affordable.
