Where do I start, from the first phone call we knew we were in good hands.
The organization and coordination was superb from the start. We had scheduled meetings, exchange of ideas, connections to the best and affordable vendors, several venue visits, cake tasting, meal tasting, selection of the best table setting, linen and floral arrangements. Oh, did I mention that they also constructed the most beautiful dance floor, even the site manager had to ask how they constructed the dance floor. Flawless Events attention to detail in every aspect of the wedding was just breathtaking, I'm still pinching myself. My guest all complimented the execution of the wedding, even months later I'm told my wedding was the best wedding they've attended. The additional details of dancing on the clouds, the DJ, His and Hers signature drinks, the decor, the live musicians at cocktail hour and sparkles to close out the night was just all so amazing. I forgot to mention that Flawless events even returned some rental items to ensure I wouldn't stress or incur a fee the day after the wedding, the little things they did, made my experience with them so special.

Choosing Flawless Events (Merlyn & her team) to plan our wedding is by FAR the best idea we ever had!! We were a busy, professional couple in Los Angeles, CA trying to plan a wedding in Fort Lauderdale, FL. And our wedding turned out BEAUTIFULLY!!!

As a “Type A” bride, I appreciated all the scheduled zoom meetings, the timeline website, and the timely reminders to keep us accountable (and organized). She recommended AMAZING vendors who were punctual, professional, and made us feel like prioritized.

She also acted as a great liaison between us (the couple) and our venue’s (resort) coordinator. Closer to wedding day this became supremely important to make sure everyone was on the same page and expectations were set.

We are STILL getting compliments on our amazing wedding and we owe a huge debt of gratitude to Flawless Events for making our day…perfect! We got the "month of package" but with Merlyn she offers more for that package than any other vendor I spoke with. Multiple walk throughs at the venue prior to the month of and frequent emails and communication. I did a lot of research before picking my planner.

I had secured a lot of the vendors but she came through with her contacts for all of our flowers and decor. Her vendors did an extraordinary job. We gave her a picture of what we wanted the ballroom to look like and that's exactly what it looked like from her vendors she arranged. She put together the day of details and ran the show to perfection. She was invaluable helping us put everything together. I broke the glass as part of my ceremony in Jewish tradition and the officiant who ran our ceremony, who was my good friend, took the glass out of the bag. So shattered glass was on the floor. When I woke up the next day in my hotel room at The Epic the glass was swept up and in a plastic container for me to keep. She doesn't miss details. I was so relaxed the whole weekend because I trusted her. You should trust her too with no hesitations and enjoy a relaxed best day of your life!

Merlyn was referred to me by a colleague. I quickly learned that she was super detailed and very organized. Her creativity is what drew me in. I knew that I would not have to search any further for a wedding planner. She listened to my every wish and made sure it exceeded my expectations. She handled every detail, everything from my dreamy ring altar, to my welcome sign, to helping me with my wedding favor tags, to my timeline, to making sure I had succulents in my bouquet (she knows I LOVE succulents). My husband and I were beyond ecstatic to have her partake in our special day. Our day was perfect! I don’t know what I would have done without her. She is super sweet, and her team is phenomenal!

Merlyn was a true God-send. She made sure a 250 person Catholic wedding followed by an 8 hour reception (including open bar & THREE meals) went off without a hitch. She was there every single step of the way making sure that everyone involved was informed and on the same page. Her recommendations were spot on and she was always checking in to make sure the day and details were what my husband and I really wanted. Looking back, amid all the beautiful details and seamless execution, I honestly couldn’t imagine our wedding day without Merlyn. Thank you for everything! 💙
