Merlyn is absolutely amazing! She is such a pleasure to deal with, very professional and personable. I hired her for my day-of wedding coordinator and even a month prior she was on top of everything making sure all my needs were met. Amazing Planner!
What an amazing experience working with Merlyn and her crew and my wife and I are forever grateful for her helping to bring our vision to a reality!
We got the "month of package" but with Merlyn she offers more for that package than any other vendor I spoke with. Multiple walk throughs at the venue prior to the month of and frequent emails and communication. I did a lot of research before picking my planner.
I had secured a lot of the vendors but she came through with her contacts for all of our flowers and decor. Her vendors did an extraordinary job. We gave her a picture of what we wanted the ballroom to look like and that's exactly what it looked like from her vendors she arranged. She put together the day of details and ran the show to perfection. She was invaluable helping us put everything together. I broke the glass as part of my ceremony in Jewish tradition and the officiant who ran our ceremony, who was my good friend, took the glass out of the bag. So shattered glass was on the floor. When I woke up the next day in my hotel room at The Epic the glass was swept up and in a plastic container for me to keep. She doesn't miss details. I was so relaxed the whole weekend because I trusted her. You should trust her too with no hesitations and enjoy a relaxed best day of your life! -

Merlyn was a true God-send. She made sure a 250 person Catholic wedding followed by an 8 hour reception (including open bar & THREE meals) went off without a hitch. She was there every single step of the way making sure that everyone involved was informed and on the same page. Her recommendations were spot on and she was always checking in to make sure the day and details were what my husband and I really wanted. Looking back, amid all the beautiful details and seamless execution, I honestly couldn’t imagine our wedding day without Merlyn. Thank you for everything! 💙 -

Absolutely Wonderful!
When my daughter and I started working with Merlyn to plan my daughter's wedding, Merlyn had some very large shoes to fill, and boy did she deliver!! She was wonderful! Shortly after my daughter's engagement, a lifelong close friend that was also the wedding planner for our entire family, passed away very unexpectedly. After having helped me plan my own wedding and my two other daughters' weddings, I had no idea how we were ever going to plan this wedding without him. But then we found Merlyn, and the wedding went off without a hitch! She is soft spoken, but an absolute powerhouse! Merlyn is a true professional, recommended vendors that were great, was very organized and on top of everything, and her attention to detail was unbelievable. In many cases she went above and beyond what was expected of her. I can absolutely recommend Merlyn and Flawless Events without hesitation. -

Perfect Wedding because of our Perfect Planner
Merlyn was a true professional! We couldn't have had the wedding of our dreams without her. Merlyn assisted my wife with every detail of our wedding. Her creativity, professionalism and sweet personality made our experience perfect. She assisted us with every part of our wedding and we also hired her for her beautiful Glitter Champagne Wedding Favors, Centerpieces and Wedding programs. Merlyn and her great team were so essential for the day of the wedding to assist us with everything. I would highly recommend Merlyn to anyone planning their wedding. -

I tried to plan my wedding without the help of a professional planner but I was glad I decided to hire her. I was able to let my hair down and Enjoy my wedding because of Merlyn expertise. I will definitely be using her for my 50th bday party in a few years. If you are in need of a wedding / party planner hire flawless events. You will not be disappointed.

I live in NY and she was always available for every question, suggestion and concern. She is SO much more than an amazing Wedding planner.
She also assisted my 20+ girlfriends in planning and executing the most INCREDIBLE bachelorette trip to miami ever!!! From Dinner, Dancing, to a Yacht Adventure, Spa Day and Brunch were absolutely fantastic. All the details were perfect and the gift bags, totes, t-shirts, etc. were loved by everyone including myself. SO much work and attention to detail was evident. it was everything I dreamt it would be. Everything about that weekend not to mention our wedding was absolutely FLAWLESS...
She is so talented and has a truly incredible and professional team. She made my dream of a Vintage Glam 1920's Wedding a reality! She puts her efforts and love into everything she does. She not only organized my bachelorette and EVERY detail of our wedding but we hired her to produce her beautiful Champagne Glitter Favor Bottles, Our stunning Arch with Chandelier for our Ceremony area, our Feather Centerpieces, Delicious and Elegant Candy Table (her specialty) and our Wedding Programs and Menu. Honestly, I could not have have my wedding without her! The only thing the groom had to do was Show UP! :-)
Merlyn, Thank you a THOUSAND times over for your kind nature, talent, passion and true professionalism. I will forever be indebted to you and will most certainly hire you for any future events, such as planning a bachelorette for future friends, or even a Baby shower perhaps when the time is right. :-) XO -

If you are in need of a planner don’t hesitate to call Flawless Events!! Merlyn and her staff are amazing at what they do. I felt like she was family. She gave ideas and helped to shape ours while keeping our budget at the forefront of the planning. In the end We remember choosing all kinds of designs and colors; we not sure how it would all look together but on the day of..... We were blown away!!!! (The attention to detail was what brought me to tears) She has such a pleasant disposition, calm under pressure and had everything under control on our big day— all that was left for us to do was have fun. She is always on time, ready to help when needed, provides constructive feedback, comes to all meetings with the vendors and reached out to them to get clarity, ask the right questions, etc. The day-of coordination was spectacular! She was on top of every detail and the room at the reception was exactly how I imagined it and how I wanted it. She helped make my dream wedding reception decor come true! I was so happy and thrilled. :)
