I was at a party here recently. I had a really good time, good food, lots of drinks, and a lot of space to dance. Beautiful decorations and venue.

We had the best experience ever for our last minute wedding. Must talk to the general manager, Karina. She literally went beyond her role to make us comfortable. Would recommend the place in a heartbeat. They were also very accommodating to our ethnic wedding which is very hard to find in wedding venues.

As the father of the bride, I am delighted to thank you for managing the reception so successfully. From start to finish it ran smoothly in the grand and glorious setting of your hall. All the arrangement functioned faultlessly and we found your staff courteous, welcoming and responsive. We had the most wonderful day on Saturday. From the day we met with Arun Vasudev of Five Star Banquet Hall he understood our wedding day vision and maintained that focus for the year of planning our special day. There was in instant connection with Arun in our initial meeting and our personalities meshed very well. We walked away from that meeting feeling confident that we would be well taken care of. Our instincts proved right and we couldn’t have asked for a better Wedding Planner!

Whether you need a full-service planner or only services on the day of your wedding Five Star will not disappoint you. We opted for a full service package because we lived and were being married in two different states. Friends and family were amazed at how calm we seemed (outwardly! ) in the planning of our destination wedding. Five Star made it easy. If you’ve envisioned your wedding day down to the smallest detail, Five Star will help you make that happen. And if you have a limited view of your wedding day, they will help you develop your vision.
They can work with any budget. You can use your own vendors or Five Star has some great vendors to choose from. If issues arose with the vendors before, during or after our wedding, from the biggest to the smallest concern, Five Star served as our representative and advocated for whatever change was needed. They were readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had and we never waited more than a day to respond (especially important for the nervous bride!). Arun coordinated, and was present at all of the vendor meetings, and assisted us in reviewing all the vendor contracts and making sure everything was in order.
Arun was also on hand from the rehearsal and all day of the wedding, with a timeline that ensured that everything ran smoothly. The wedding day team that worked alongside Arun were fantastic. They were extremely attentive, made sure our wedding party was well taken care of and kept them and guests on time and happy. This allowed the bride and groom to relax (as much as one could on their wedding day! ) and enjoy without worry.

We knew that we had chosen the right Wedding Planner when we first met Arun, but our guests confirmed it by saying how good Five Star was and how they managed our wedding day so seamlessly!

Mark and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Arun and Five Star Banquet Hall. Mr. Arun and his team were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. The catering was perfect! They went above and beyond the call of duty. It's because of Mr. Arun and Five Star that we even had a wedding at all! 6-weeks from the wedding we had no decorations, linen, flowers, favors, etc. For the ceremony and reception. With a few phone calls, Mr. Arun came in and saved the day! Within weeks, his staff put together a portfolio of lovely flowers, décor, drapes, etc. , and we knew we were in good hands. We received wonderful feedback from family and friends on how lovely, professional, and creative the decorations were... Especially the fresh flowers and bouquets, lighting and the crystal tree arrangements around the room! Most importantly, Mr. Arun & Five Star staff made us feel apart of their family, and made sure we were taken care of. We have already recommended Five Star to our friends! The key here is to find the right person to talk to; for us that was Mina, who was terrific. But before we got in touch with Mina, we spoke to another guy who then never answered our email and calls, and made two separate trips out to the location without actually getting the right information or being able to reserve anything.

In the end, our group was small enough (~35) that we reserved the adjoining restaurant rather than the hall. They had told us that they would close the restaurant just for us, but there were either a few other patrons or some employees eating dinner while we were there.

The food was great, though, and very affordable (it helps that they also let you bring your own wine without a corkage fee!). Mina was wonderful, staying past when she promised to, and accommodating requests for those with special diets even though the rest of us were eating from a buffet.
