Megan was AMAZING for my new years eve wedding! I am mad at myself for not giving her a 20/10 review earlier! (I thought i did, blonde moment!). She did both mine and my MOH hair and makeup for the big day and everything was spot on perfect! Being from Pgh and having my own stylist for 10+ years, I do not trust just anyone, but Meg blew me away!! Oh, her pup & mimosas made the experience 1000% better!

We used First Look for mine and my bridesmaids hair and make-up and it was AMAZING! Megan did such a beautiful job with our makeup, some of the girls were nervous as they don't like to wear a lot of makeup but Megan made it totally natural and just enhanced their features perfectly. They were thrilled! It was so fun to all get ready in the dedicated suite and our hair was perfect too. I'm so happy we chose First Look, Megan really takes a lot of care to find out what you want and uses her expertise to create your look the way you want it. She is so talented and really nice so you feel at ease and in safe hands! I would recommend First Look to anyone.

Meg was amazing. She kept me so calm during my wedding and it felt like a good friend was hanging out with us doing our makeup. She was very professional and always wanted my opinion on what I wanted and was very considerate of my sensitive skin. My makeup held up the entire evening and she has such vision when you give her an idea.

Meg did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos and I was blown away by the results!!

At first I was a little uneasy since I couldn't find any reviews on First Look, but as soon as I met Meg (the founder) my fears immediately dissipated. She really listened to what I wanted, even going through multiple Pinterest pictures and ideas I had. Meg was so sweet and immediately made me feel so comfortable! One of the best aspects to me was her astounding flexibility and eagerness to make hair and makeup work for me. She promised we would find a way to get it done even if it had to be on the make-up rain day. While we didn't have to change the actual date, the weather did not fully cooperate day of and we had to move the timing up and Meg still made it work perfectly! She put me at ease and also gave me tips on what to do with my hair to prepare for the wedding! As she put it, she "enhances natural beauty" and does a great job at it! I didn't look or feel like I was being weighed down my makeup and she really brought my ideas and Pinterest inspirations to life. I can't recommend her enough!

Meg's been doing hair and makeup for quite a while, but recently opened her own adorable little studio! Definitely do not overlook her just because she doesn't have many reviews (yet!!). Meg is amazing - flexible, amiable, and exceedingly talented. Her prices were also very reasonable. She's a gem that you definitely don't want to overlook!
