Can't say enough good things about Michael and First-Class Catering. They know what they are doing and are extremely professional. A succesful event is truly important to them so they will go out of their way to make that happen even if it means coordinating with other vendors to make sure things are taken care of even outside of catering. I had my wedding early September and was struggling to find a caterer with covid-19 going on. However once I got in contact with first class catering, it was all smooth sailing from there! Michael would be in constant communication with me, and help me every step of the way! We ordered Mexican food for our wedding and I was nervous due to my parents being Mexican. They are very particular about the food being done right. I cannot tell you how AMAZING the food turned out! Our friends always talk about the food when we bring up the wedding. The servers were so nice by bringing us our food first and making sure we were getting to try everything. One woman was even helping me with my wedding dress. I couldn't imagine having better service! Thanks First Class Catering!

Michael was so very helpful & we are glad we hired 1st Class Catering for our wedding! Professional, knowledgeable & receptive, Michael discussed with us where and how we would need 1st Class for our special day. He addressed our needs and made adjustments to accommodate special requests with food.

He was pleasant to work with & made himself available via email, phone and even in person when we needed. He was patient in discussing the menu & made suggestions to what would work best.

He made it so that on the wedding day, everything went smooth! The staff that worked the event were all pleasant & always had smiles on their faces!

As a wedding planner the vendors we work with is key to making a couples special day worry free. This company does just that. From their responsiveness to returning calls, arrival on time. Display of food, servers hard work and very good quality food I highly recommend them if you are seeking a catering company.

Michael and his team catered the wedding for my new husband and I. Michael and his team made our special day even more special by working closely with us on our menu and helping us stay within budget and providing an amazing dining experience to our guests. My guests loved & Enjoyed the meal!
From appetizers to the main course. Everything was absolutely amazing. They were absolutely professional, the food was delicious. I am not going to lie: as the bride I was running around crazy and took a bite out of my Salmon slider and ran to do more pictures with guests! I came back later and took another bite, and I know all brides can attest eating your meal this way at your wedding. Each bite was just as good as the last!
The brisket was like butter, we didn't even need a knife to cut the brisket just amazing. My husband and I did not have to worry about the food or desserts or anything as Michael knew exactly what to do and how to complete the dining experience. First Class Catering Service was very friendly and accommodating throughout our event planning process and tailored the buffet to our needs in order to make our event a success.
