Gina's Catering & Events

Gina's Catering & Events is a wedding caterer specializing in Oaxacan cuisine in Fontana, California. Chef Jorge draws inspiration from his mother, Gina, and works alongside his cousin Rigo, his head cook and right hand of 20 years. Jorge's wife, Amanda, leads the catering team, handling bookings, tastings, marketing, and client communication from start to finish, and she is on site for nearly every event.
