Chef Cooper & his team are amazing! From the start, Chef Cooper was attentive, informative, helpful & kind. We loved the variety of food options and especially that they do so many great vegan options! The food was tasty & service was great. Would highly recommend!

When I started planning for our backyard wedding in Redlands, I knew one thing I wanted was unique food that everyone would enjoy. When I think of the food typically served at weddings, I think of something like herbed chicken breast with bland side dishes. I didn't want that, I wanted something exciting and delicious.
In my search for local caterers, Krafted Culture stood out among the rest and was affordable for what was offered. They could do so many different cuisines I knew I had found what I was looking for. Not to mention they have so many plant based options, which I love. After I reached out, Chef Cooper gave me a call to discuss what kind of menu I had in mind and I explained that we wanted a little bit of Cuban flair for my husband and his family. He came up with a fun buffet menu including appetizers, salad, mains and side dishes and we scheduled a tasting shortly after. Everything was delicious. We made some changes to the menu leading up to the event as well and he was very flexible. He was very good about responding to emails and when we needed to discuss anything in detail, he was always willing to schedule phone calls with us.
I believe the food was one of the highlights of our wedding. All of our guests told us how much they loved dinner, and my cousins from out of town were really impressed and agreed that what was served was so much better than your typical wedding food. The whole team was very friendly, positive, and did a great job rolling with any punches the day of. They even made sure that my husband and I got our own plates first so we could actually eat. I am so glad I found Chef Cooper and we were fortunate enough to have his food served on our big day. Thank you for everything and for being a part of the best day of my life.

The menu was carefully crafted with our ideas and the food turned out to be amazing. We still have family and friends telling us that the food was spectacular at our baby's one year birthday. Will definitely hire again for another event, thank you for your professionalism and communication every step of the way.

Chef Cooper and his team came in at the last minute and saved our wedding. After being delayed for almost 1.5 years our Covid wedding was a month away when our caterer closed up shop. Thankfully we found Krafted Culture and they were not only able to cater our wedding but they did it with the upmost professionalism. Chef Cooper is the absolute best and I can’t recommend him and his team enough!

On July 17, Krafted catered our wedding. Along the journey, Krafted was able to update their menu for us (we added an extra side and they also provided extra tableware for an appropriate amount of money) and were great at communicating up to the week of the wedding. The day of, the servers were really kind and the food was a major hit with the guests. Our guests could not stop talking about the aguafresca, the vegan chick'n, and the jackfruit sliders. Not to mention, WE loved it too! Chef made sure we ate at our own wedding, which the groom and I really appreciated haha.

Krafted really knows what they are doing. If you want people to go home happy and satisfied, use them as a caterer! You will not be disappointed!

We had a fabulous tasting with Krafted Kulture and are really looking forward to having them cater our wedding! We live out-of-state and Chef Cooper was very flexible and worked to accommodate a tasting super last minute, when I ended up back in CA for a few days. Chef Cooper is very professional and the food is delicious!
