Saved the day!

Chef Tony & Wheat and Fire team!!! I don't have enough words to express how grateful we are for you! After firing our previous wedding caterer 3 weeks before the wedding, Wheat & Fire jumped right in & never missed a beat. Chef Tony personally called us the same day we reached out and we had everything booked and organized within a couple days. Chef Tony and team even took it upon themselves & called our hired staffing service to discuss details. Our day went so smooth - a true blessing after what we had been through before connecting with Wheat & Fire. Besides the A+ service, the apps, pizza, sides & salads were SO GOOD! So many unique options and flavors. There was definitely something for everyone! It felt like the company took genuine interest and care in the success of our day which is all you could ever hope for when working with wedding vendors. We cannot recommend this company enough!

Great experience!

It was so effortless with this caterer they helped us decide what to get and they answered all of our emails and gave us great ideas. We price shopped a few caterers in Palm Springs and this was so affordable for all hand made fusion type cuisine. The flavors were really good and enjoyed by everyone.

Appetizers were amazing addition to our festivities. Pizzas are fun with great names and flavors. Really enjoyed everything and our guests are still talking about the food. Great pricing too.

Forgot we used wedding wire until the email reminding us came in. Anyway, these folks were great and did a fantastic job in the June heat of our wedding. We mostly read the Yelp stuff on their LA page (guess they have two locations). We sweated and danced and ate gourmet like really gourmet pizza, what is better then that!

These guys so rocked our wedding catering. The excitement for us started when we first came across their website and all of the pictures and descriptions. When we saw that they were in our budget range with organic, hand made goodness we got estatic. The addition of the food being made fresh for us at the event we had to call. We chatted with Viktoriya she was so nice and patient with us about their wood oven, pizza menu, vegan options and their dough is really neat as several of our gf guests ate it and really enjoyed it. We even ordered a few separate meals for my aunts who have celiac it was so cute they came in their own container sealed for them and they loved it and felt better about eating it with no risk of wheat in their food from the pizza making. Of all the companies we talked to and factoring in what they charge and after eating and being served by them are willing to say W&F is by far the best option in Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree area.

Such a great food adventure and we'll worth getting the appetizers they really shine as unique and added so much more to our special day. Having the food come out hot from the oven was such a beautiful touch adding another layer to the presentation we enjoyed. Our budget was kept in check thanks to the Wheat and Fire team.

What a great experience from the fresh made food and the time they spent with us on the phone to help us with our event, well , lets just say a lot and leave it at that lol .Victoria was so great at making suggestions with logics and helping us build a wonderful menu, she really knows what she is doing. Their food is as everyone says and you can see the craftsmanship and time taken to create delicious food. You can tell that they put a lot of love in everything they do and it's worth every penny.

There now our go to catering in the Palm Springs area

This was such a great experience! The food is so unique, you can really tell is "hand crafted" as they say. We had Wheat and Fire take care of most of our needs and could not be happier. If you are looking for a caterer, just check out their website along will give you an idea of how polished and creative they are. So so happy we found them and the price was such a better value then other caterers. Sorry Palm Springs but there is a lot of tired food and rubber chicken in your city. We love the weather and the views though so you hooked us and Wheat and Fire helped bring it home!
