Wedding Caterers in Palm Springs

Chad and Maggie were absolutely a dream to work with! As soon as I requested information for our wedding, they both got back to me ASAP. We had easy communication via email and phone and he made the services offered and price quotes very easy to understand. Chad - the food is to DIE FOR! It is so delicious! I flew from Alaska to Palm Spring to do a test tasting for our wedding, and EVERYTHING was delicious. Chad and Maggie are the BEST in Southern California. Their team is extremely professional and makes you feel secure with them as your vendor. I am so thankful we found Dash and a Handful!

Let me just start out by saying that the owner shantal was amazing she went above and beyond not only to satisfy myself but all of my guest with any of there request. Now lets talk about the food if you havent had any of her tacos she really puts the G in gourmet her mushroom taco especially. Next comes the service the three servers that accompanied shantal on my special day where on point in every aspect of there job all the way down to the smallest detail like taking care of our elderly guest at our wedding. Thank you shantal for making our special day that more special.

Lulu's catered our wedding cocktail hour and reception last minute due to Covid and I am so grateful them! They were incredibly easy to work, provided professional and timely service, and made amazing tasting food and cocktails. Chef Tony & Wheat and Fire team!!! I don't have enough words to express how grateful we are for you! After firing our previous wedding caterer 3 weeks before the wedding, Wheat & Fire jumped right in & never missed a beat. Chef Tony personally called us the same day we reached out and we had everything booked and organized within a couple days. Chef Tony and team even took it upon themselves & called our hired staffing service to discuss details. Our day went so smooth - a true blessing after what we had been through before connecting with Wheat & Fire. Besides the A+ service, the apps, pizza, sides & salads were SO GOOD! So many unique options and flavors. There was definitely something for everyone! It felt like the company took genuine interest and care in the success of our day which is all you could ever hope for when working with wedding vendors. We cannot recommend this company enough!
