Firedog was the perfect DJ for our wedding! From the very beginning, he made the planning process so easy. I sent Joe a pretty chaotic mix of playlists and ideas, and he somehow managed to turn it into the perfect soundtrack for the night. Joe fit seamlessly into the evening and everything flowed so naturally that we barely even noticed the transitions.

We couldn't have been happier with the DJ Service from Firedog Entertainment on our wedding day. Our DJ, Craig, showed up early to the venue to ensure he had plenty of time to set up and that the day would be stress-free. He and Joe were very attentive to our music requests during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Most importantly, we had a great time on the dance floor.

We were connected to Joe Peralis through our wedding organizer who had worked with Joe before. We found him easy to work with during the planning for our wedding, and we’re glad we had him as our DJ / MC / audio person for our wedding ceremony and reception. The online system he used to get information from us to tailor his playlist for the reception was quite thorough and provided a wide selection of songs to select from.
 
The events on the wedding day flowed well one into another, and during the reception we were able to make last minute adjustments on schedule of events to match the mood in the audience. When we looked at the video and photos from the reception, we could see our guests enjoying the night thanks to Joe setting things up.

Joe from Firedog DJs worked with us to customize our package so we had exactly what we needed. A couple months before the wedding, Joe sent us a link where we could select our music. The site was super easy to use and allowed us to pick from what seemed like millions of songs.

We also hired Joe to be our wedding officiant. Joe had several different scripts for ceremonies and worked with the custom script we came up with for the ceremony.

Through the entire planning process, Joe was very professional and easy to work with.

What an amazing job Firedog DJs did for our wedding!! For me being a bride that went a somewhat non-traditional route we couldn't have asked for better. Joe is such a pleasure to work with and was so attentive to each and ever detail. He worked with us through every little thing, especially when a decision needed to be made and I had a hard time making a choice (like when to do the first dance - after introductions or after dinner). There were no problems getting any of the not so common music requests we had for our baseball themed wedding. Joe also went above and beyond by taking a sound bite from a famous baseball announcer, cut it down to welcome our guests to the wedding.

I would absolutely recommend Firedog DJ's to anyone! They are so easy to work with and have such a wide variety of services to offer, from music to lighting to photo booths. Thank you again Joe for making our special day that much better! (And for the red and blue lights!)

This review is long overdue! From the first time I met Craig at a bridal show he put me at ease. Craig has a great personality which was a very big deal to us! Not the creepy, or cheesy kind at all! Craig met with us twice before the big day. Once to go over our timeline/music, and once at our venue to check out setup. It was super easy to communicate with him, he always responded the same day. In fact I was usually the one taking forever respond! Craig made our special day run very smoothly. He went above and beyond his duties including helping me organize small details right before the ceremony that were not related to the music at all! He played ALL the songs we had on our list, and mixed in a great variety of songs that our guests really enjoyed. We ended up asking if he would stay longer, and that was no problem. Overall you will be making a great decision to hire Craig for your special day!

Craig was a very enthusiastic DJ with ALWAYS prompt responses and flexibility in our contract. He went above and beyond and when there were some technical snafu's, he thankfully had a backup plan that prevented a "dance floor" meltdown. We took a ten minute hiatus while he switched out soundsystems. While it wasn't perfect - some things are out of the control of anyone and he had a good plan in place for if things went wrong! Can't ask much more than that!

He was always prompt in his attention to detail - pronounced all of the wedding party's names correctly and listened carefully and executed the music plan my husband wanted. I would definitely recommend Craig to anyone looking for a professional who will give 110% to his client on their magical day! :)


Additionally, Craig provided cool lighting free of charge and we also ended up with a second apprentice DJ who was free of charge as well. I don't think this situation is standard, but it was a "cherry on top" that really showed his commitment to our wedding and to us. Craig also worked with my husband to present me a surprise video slide show - something they kept a total secret (as if I wasn't crying enough) but also executed beautifully within the space constraints of our venue! His pricing was WELL within reason - not dirt cheap (but do you really want a DJ who is UNDERPAID?) but not ridiculous like a few others we interviewed before selecting Craig. I would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Craig, and I can't imagine that the technical issues we had would be likely to ever happen again. And IF THEY DID, Craig was the consummate professional in handling them. Thanks for all your hard work, Craig!

Craig was very attentive to my changing needs. He was also quick to respond without adding any additional pressure which is great as I already had my hands full. He was very helpful and provided me with a song suggestion list, and since the music was the last thing that got done, by that point in planning I was very over whelmed. I would definitely recommend Craig to any bride:) Great experience!

We knew we wanted to go with a dj at the beginning of our wedding planning and our venue recommended Joe and his team! We had every confidence leading up to the wedding that Joe understood the kind of music we were wanting to hear, but more importantly the music we did not want to hear.
