I really can't even begin to say what a pleasure it is to work with everyone at Finer Jewelry. Our experience from start to finish was more than we could ask for from a jeweler. My husband was never hurried or made to feel like his requests were not possible, but quite the opposite!  Atalie is always very patient with all the questions asked of her and she responds to emails quickly and thoroughly.  

Even after our wedding, we had a sizing issue with my husband's wedding band and since we live in Arizona she sent a shipping label over so we could overnight the ring back to Chicago. The ring was sized down and sent back to us in less than a week.

Roy Duran is the best jeweler ever. He makes CUSTOM jewelry that you won't find in your regular jewelry stores. He has an eye for beautiful art. He notices and pays attention to all of the intricate details and he works very hard to ensure that the product is just as requested. He worked closely with my husband when he was making my engagement ring and he did the matching bands. He then worked with me as I created sketches for my husband's wedding band which had many diamonds in it as well. He did not accept orders less than 3 months prior to the date because his work cannot be rushed in this manner. He produced the most beautiful rings that are still receiving raving reviews. The diamonds are colorless with top clarity and few to no inclusions (if that's the correct term), the other stones that we included were also top quality and he informed us if a particular stone typically did not last long (garnet). He also informed us of the importance of insuring the jewelry immediately and helped with gifts for the best men. His work is invaluable and we would truly recommend him as a jeweler.
