Located in Paso Robles, California, Fableist Wine Co. is a winery wedding venue that features stunning views and backdrops. This destination features 120 acres of land situated amongst the rolling hills of Templeton. Dotted across this landscape are oak trees and miles of vines, presenting a fairy tale backdrop for any occasion. Also resident is a modern farmhouse as well as a lush oak garden, each offering its own unique charm. Facilities and Capacity

Fableist Wine Co. was born of a collaboration between Curt Schalchlin and Andrew Jones. Combining their skills as vintner and winemaker, Curt and Andrew brought their vision to life and cultivated it to be a story-driven establishment. They have created an environment that invites couples to share their own narrative, cradled in a lush and vibrant landscape. Here, up to 200 guests can witness a couple's vows. Ceremonies can be bathed in sunlight, held outdoors to make the most of California's generous weather. For the couple's convenience, overnight stays are included at the on-site farmhouse, which is also ideal for a weekend getaway.

Services Offered

Everything from tables and chairs to bistro lights and get-ready suites are provided at Fableist Wine Co. Bar services and staff are there to assist. Should Fableist Wine Co. not have something couples need, outside vendors are welcome on the premises. In addition to event rentals, couples will also benefit from the readily available wine crafted right at the vineyard. The bottles feature designs that are inspired by Aesop's fables, adding to the stylish lore surrounding the winery.
