Zaca Mesa Winery is a stunning wine-country wedding venue in Los Olivos, California. The Winery was established in 1973 – just the third winery established in the region - and built into a top-class winery, producing some of the highest-quality wines in Santa Barbara County. The estate vineyard is also SIP (Sustainability in Practice) Certified, a recognition of the winery’s decades-long commitment to respectful and holistic environmental practices. Couples can enjoythe luxuriously rustic backdrop of a historic working winery for their wedding ceremony or reception, complete with handsome vineyards framed by stunning mountain views!
Facilities and Capacity
Zaca Mesa Winery is a large estate that can hold up to 200 guests. The property offers six distinct event spaces across indoor and outdoor settings. Couples can exchange vows at the Vineyard Lawn or Courtyard, or elevate their ceremony at Mesa C, a premium outdoor space framed by vineyards and mountain views. Cocktail hour can take place on the Terrace, adjacent to the indoor Lounge. For reception and dancing, couples can choose between the open-air Vineyard Lawn, the Courtyard, or the modern indoor View Room, which features 9-foot glass sliding doors and panoramic views of the Zaca Mesa estate. Couples hosting a welcome party or additional celebration can add Camp Zaca to their package. The estate also offers scenic backdrops for wedding photography throughout the vineyard and estate.

The team at Zaca Mesa Winery does its very best to create unforgettable and unique wedding experiences. Their wedding packages are crafted to fit your guest count and preference for indoor and/or outdoor receptions. The property includes abeautiful green lawn with a built-in pergola upon which couples are encouraged to decorate as they wish to match their event aesthetic.The indoor Lounge is connected to the outdoor Terrace and indoor View Room and is the perfect space to stage getting-ready photosor for use as a lounge for the wedding parties. It includes a beautiful white marble bar ideal for beverage service, or even late-night snacks! The estate is also pet-friendly, allowing your furry friends to join in on your wedding festivities. Your guests will also appreciate enjoying the winery’s estate wines during your event as they meander among the very vines that grew the grapes in their glass.

Perfect Day at Zaca Mesa: Incredible Wine and Service
Beyond the scenery, the estate wine is incredible. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how much they enjoyed the selection; it truly elevated the entire evening. The on-site accommodations were also a perfect fit for our needs—convenient and very well-appointed.
The highlight of our experience, however, was working with Jake L. He was a total pro and brought such a fantastic, positive energy to the planning process. Jake was incredibly easy to work with, coordinating seamlessly with our wedding planner and all our vendors to ensure everyone was in sync.
Thanks to Jake’s attention to detail, the entire day ran smoothly. We were able to actually relax and celebrate because we knew he had everything under control. If you’re looking for a venue with "wow-factor" views and a top-tier team, we cannot recommend Zaca Mesa and Jake highly enough!

He took the time to answer every question, ease every concern, and make sure no detail was overlooked. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Jake made it feel seamless and enjoyable. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine care made us feel completely supported every step of the way.
On the day of the wedding, everything flowed effortlessly, and that’s a true testament to Jake’s organization and dedication. He went above and beyond to ensure not only that we were taken care of, but that our family and guests felt welcomed and comfortable as well.
