As the Owner of F & M Creations, my responsibilities are but not limited to coordinating with florists, musicians, photographers, videographers, caterers, and other vendors to ensure that all wedding details are executed properly.
Meeting with clients to discuss the details of their special occasion, including the location, date, time, food, theme, music, and entertainment.
Ensuring that the venue is properly set up for the event, including making sure that any floral arrangements or other décor items are placed accordingly.
Managing budgets for each occasion to ensure that costs are within the client’s expectations.
Planning and organizing all aspects of the event. Creating detailed timelines for each event component such as setup, etc.Coordinating with vendors to ensure that they are available on the day of the event.
Christine conducts initial consultations with clients to discuss the packages available, the type of occasion desired, and the budget. Christine also confers with clients to discuss details, including venue options as well as entertainment, catering, and decoration preferences.
