Our guests are raving NONSTOP about every detail of our wedding, and they will be talking about it for a LONG time. Phyllis helped us from the moment we were engaged. I felt immediately at ease, not being a bride that knew exactly what I wanted, but rather just a general "feel" that I wanted to create for my wedding. As soon as I conveyed to her what vibe I was looking for she was able to perfect every single detail of our special day. She is truly a doll to work with, and incredibly talented at what she does. The ceremony was the most dramatic, romantic and stylish that I have ever seen and my friends and family were blown away by the decor, flowers, the aisle....every single detail. The reception room blew everyone away. The tables were like works of art, and people walked around to appreciate them. Phyllis told us that she would create a look that would not be a "sea of centerpieces" that would just get lost...and that they would stand out, and create drama....and she was of course, right on the money. It was my own wedding and I had to keep looking around and reminding myself that this beautiful affair I was at, was my own! Besides her EXTRAORDINARY talent and eye for style and class, Phyllis is amazingly organized and attentive. Every question, every concern, every request I had was immediately answered and accomodated. She kept us on our budget, and offered tons of options and ideas to choose from. She was present through the entire process, and was there the entire day to make sure every part of the wedding ran flawlessly. The only word to describe Phyllis and her team is EXTRAORDINARY!!! Phyllis and I worked together for more than a year to plan my amazingly spectucular affair that was held at Eagle Oaks Golf Course and Country Club on May 28th, 2011. The day was flawless and I did not have to stress about a single thing. With Phyllis and her team, it is all about attention to detail!! From the apple green napkins to the black chargers, beautiful centerpieces, everything was top notch! Phyllis connected me with some fabulous vendors including the photographer/videographer, DJ, rental companies and invitations. I could not have asked for a better day. With no exaggeration, all my guests said that it was the best/most fun/beautiful wedding that they had ever been to. My guests were blown away from the flowers at church, the the placecard tables, and breath taking centerpieces. Phyllis was an integral part in making this day the best day of our lives. When I hired Phyllis, my only goal was to have a very simple wedding - nothing major. I had no idea what I wanted, not even the color (my husband chose black and white). But with Phyllis' help, my very simple wedding turned into an amazing extravaganza.

If there is one thing Phyllis taught me, it's all in the details. Because of her, I have a whole new appreciation for all the various colors, textures (who would guess I would care about paper!), and designs that are available. Visually my wedding was breathtaking. The candles, color scheme, linens, programs and menus (its all in the paper!), floral arrangements, and the crystal buckle napkin holder (what a finishing touch!) made the ceremony and dining rooms inviting, warm, elegant, and romantic.

Phyllis promised that on my wedding day, I wouldn't have to worry about anything. She was true to her word. I found out about all the challenges of the day about a month after I came back from my honeymoon. From my point of view, the day was flawless. I truly enjoyed every minute of my wedding!

I also have to comment on her selection of vendors. Phyllis recommended Encore Soul for the entertainment and David Todd Photography for the pictures. Both vendors were amazing. My guests are still talking about the band. Encore was incredible! They played continuously for four hours, and the vocalists were so good they should make their own records. In addition, my daughter wanted to sing during the reception, and the band followed her with ease.

As far as the photographer, Rob did everything from climbing latters to crawling on the floor, just to get that special shot. And yet, I don't remember seeing him. Our pictures are amazing. We are having great difficulty selecting pictures because there are so many good pictures to chose from.

But I think the best way to comment on Phyllis' work is to quote some of my guests:

Words cannot describe how beautiful my wedding turned out and how every little detail was tended too -- all because of Phyllis and her team at Extraordinary Productions. My menus, flowers, centerpieces, favors, placecards, the decor, the ambiance, lighting, all exquisitely done to perfection. Not to mention, I planned my wedding from long distance in only 6 weeks. Without the exceptional service from Phyllis and her team, I doubt that would have been possible.

I did not have to worry about one single thing the day of my wedding, as Phyllis made sure everything was taken care of. She was also patient with me when I changed my mind or had to change the guest list 5 times. When I walked into the reception room, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked. The execution of all our ideas and conversations was exactly what I envisioned.

They were extremely talented, creative and professional throughout the planning and implementation stages of our event. They have VERY unique and UNBELIEVABLE ideas that take an average event and makes it extraordinary!!

Phyllis and her team was amazing to work with. The room exceeded my expecations. She is great to collaberate with and takes your basic ideas and truly makes them Extraodinary. I challenged them to make a basketball theme for my son's Bar Mitzvah elegant (not an easy task), and they nailed it. From the dynamic invitation to the children's basketball lounge area to the classic, elegant adult tables, and all the other fun yet elegant touches, everything was perfect. I highly recommend Extraordinary Productions and will be using them again in 2012 for my daughter's affair.

Awful customer service. Had to call multiple times for a quote, even after taking the time to meet them. Really not a good company to work with. Obviously didn't choose them.

I do not recommend this florist for any event. My fiancé and I had met with Phyllis, who seemed kind (found out later that she does not know how to run a business). We met with her May 5, 2017 (Friday) and we were told that we would have a proposal sent via email by the following week. May 15, 2017 rolls around and still no proposal. I reached out to Holly via email and I received an email 2 days later stating, I haven't been forgotten and they will get a proposal to me as soon as possible. She emailed me May 18, 2017 and said that her and Phyllis reviewed their upcoming schedule and they will have a proposal to me by the following Tuesday (May 23, 2017). Well, May 23 comes and goes and still NO proposal! I emailed Holly again May 25, apologizing about being a pest, but I was still wondering when I would receive a proposal. Now looking back on it, I do not know why I was apologizing. I am the customer who was trying to give them business and I was not receiving any customer service from them. I never heard from Holly or Phyllis. There was no contact after that. It is June 15, 2017 now and still no form of contact from Extraordinary Productions. It was a very bad experience with them and I hope that they do not do this to everyone. They treated us like our event was not important enough to them. They could not even give us the time of day. In the end I am glad I found out that this is how they conduct business before signing a contract with them and giving a deposit. I cannot even imagine how they treat people once they have your money. I definitely would not waste your time on even contacting them. They wasted my time and energy. Extraordinary Productions they call themselves, they are far from extraordinary!
