Right from our initial intake call it was clear Kat was next level. She was so professional, coming prepared for every question we asked and helped us consider the smallest details about our wedding that we would have never even thought about. More than this, Kat CARES! She treated our wedding like it was her own from day one. She wanted to get to know us and learn what parts of our day mattered the most, and not just to check a box. She remembered EVERY single detail! Kat and her team helped all year, not just day of, recommending vendors and helping us navigate hard conversations and pricing. When we had to find a new hair & makeup artist a month before the wedding, Kat handled all of the outreach to her network (who also loved working with her) and was able to find a new team and set up a trial. It was just another “little” thing that protected my time and sanity during the most stressful home stretch of planning.

Once we got to our wedding week, her team put together the most detailed timeline, I’m talking down to the minute. We were able to send this to our families and friends so everyone was on the same page, and we were spared from all the last minute questions. On our wedding day every single member of her team was prepared, professional, and a true pleasure to be around. They made every member of our wedding party feel welcome and effortlessly kept everyone in line to keep the day on track. We were one of the last of our friends and family members to get married and everyone commented on how they had never seen a planning team so hands-on. When our trolley didn't fit down the street, Kat jumped out to direct traffic herself (see pics attached!) this was one of countless little things that her team took charge on. More than all of this, Kat and everyone on her team are so beyond kind and fun. They didn’t feel like vendors, they felt like close friends helping to lighten the nerves and keep us all smiles. They were so on top of every little detail that it made my entire wedding day run SO smoothly. They coordinated with all of my vendors to create a seamless timeline, and when I say detailed, I mean DETAILED. The owner of the florist I used, who has been in business for over 100 years, even commented that they had never seen a more detailed and organized timeline. If that doesn't say something, I don't know what does!

I worked primarily with Sydney & Kat, and throughout the entire process, I always felt heard and understood. They truly helped bring my vision to life, and I cannot thank them enough for that.

One piece of advice (or warning, really) that I kept getting leading up to my wedding was, "The day flies by, so make sure you enjoy every single moment." With Evviva there making sure everything was under control, I can confidently say I have ZERO regrets from my wedding day. And although I obviously wish it could have lasted an entire week, I genuinely didn't feel like the day "flew by." I was able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and actually ENJOY the day we had spent so long planning.

I couldn't even tell you if something didn't go according to plan because Evviva did such an incredible job handling and redirecting anything that may have gone awry. My parents are divorced, and truthfully, navigating that dynamic on my wedding day was giving me a bit of anxiety. But Evviva handled everything so thoughtfully and seamlessly that it all worked out perfectly. It was one less thing I had to think about, and that alone meant so much to me.

Every. Single. Request. I made was fulfilled. From making sure I had an LMNT packet in my water to having a specific drink in my hand, they were on top of EVERYTHING. At times, I would literally feel someone from the team pinning loose pieces of hair that had fallen out of my updo to make sure my hair stayed looking 100% all night. It's those little things that really show how much they care.

Hands down, just an AMAZING group of women who genuinely care about their clients and making their big day feel as special and important as it should.

She really took the time to listen to me and my husband and what we needed for our big day. From our very first phone call together over a year prior to our wedding until the end of the night on our actual wedding day - Kat and her team really went above and beyond. We chose to have our wedding in our backyard which can be stressful as we had to do everything ourselves, but Evviva made the process so smooth. Kat & the Evviva team are AMAZING! From the start of the entire process, the Evviva team was incredibly generous with their time. Even though we did not really get into the weeds with them until 3 months before the actual wedding day, they answered any & every question/email, no matter how big or small. OMG. I don’t even know how to start this because I’m still speechless over how AMAZINGLY PERFECT Evviva is. I was recommended by Kat and team by my sister who previously used her for her wedding, and let me tell you it was the best and most amazing decision i could have made for our special day. Our team was Sydney, Meg and Andrea and one was just better than the next. Having them there made me feel so at ease. We had a couple meetings previously with Sydney to confirm all of our special details, and somehow she knew exactly what I wanted before I did. These ladies were absolutely spectacular! Their work ethic and attention to detail was amazing. Whatever we needed help with they were on it. They were everything we needed and more! They made sure our day went smooth and allowed us to breath easy with no worries at all. They were such a fun and sweet group of women to work with. There are truly no words to articulate just how impactful and CRUCIAL Kat and her team at Evviva Studio were on our wedding day! From our very 1st meeting to the actual day, Kat was professional, attentive to alllllll the details that come along with weddings, patient, and KIND!

The Process Leading Up to "The Big Day":
Kat & I had our first consult call a few months before our wedding day. Before talking with her, I felt nothing but overwhelming anxiety & stress for everything that a wedding brings - centerpieces, timelines, signage, you name it!! We spoke for over an hour about my feelings, the actual wedding, the venue, and what her team could do to help truly make it the best day, and wedding planning process, possible. After talking with Kat, it was like all the stress and uncertainty that I was feeling completely melted away.

Once we were officially booked, Kat helped us with vendor contract reviews, made sure we didn't forget payment deadlines, and scheduled bi-weekly touchpoints for any questions we might have had. She led all vendor communication while keeping us informed on all responses. At this point in my life, I was juggling moving away from home, a promotion at work, and was in the home stretch of planning a 200+ person wedding. I truly, genuinely have NO IDEA how I could have done anything for our wedding without her and her team.

The week before our date, Kat created and presented a 17-page timeline for the day-of, outlining EVERYTHING that was going to take place before, during, and after the wedding. I was beyond blown away at her attentiveness to detail while also making the experience for us fun and enjoyable.

"The Big Day"
The night before our wedding, Kat ran our rehearsal for us (twice!) while also making sure we were all set for the next morning. The next day, Kat and her team (consisting of Kait and Kharisma) showed up exactly when they said they would, bringing an infectious energy with them!! They handled EVERTHING from there - and I mean EVERYTHING. Someone needs to pick up the flowers? They're on it. A vendor has a question/forgot something? They're on it. A guest doesn't remember what time the ceremony starts/where to be? They're on it. Kat and her team were there to assist in moments I didn't even realize would come up. For example, right after the ceremony, my dress needed to get bustled. For the life of us, my mom and sister couldn't find the hook it was supposed to connect to. Both Kat and Kharisma jumped right in and got me situated just in time for cocktail hour! Another example was needing to freshen up before cocktail hour/the reception. I bought perfume specifically for the wedding day and accidentally left it in my room instead of bringing it to the bridal suite. Kharisma and Kait jumped right in and helped find the room key/the perfume so I could put some on before heading in! It was the big things, and the little details like that, that truly made Evviva Studio the BEST of the BEST. They were with us every second of the day right up until the very end (in this case, almost 2 am!!). It's because of Kat, Kait, and Kharisma that I got to truly be in the moment throughout the day. I absolutely owe it ALL to them!

When you work with Kat and the entire Evviva Studio team, you aren't just getting a day-of coordinator. You are getting One of One, the ultimate wedding planner, and the kindest/gentlest souls imaginable. The BEST decision I made for our wedding was working with Evviva.

I cannot recommend evviva studio enough!! every single meeting we had with them leading up to the wedding was amazing. Her attention to detail is like no other. I can’t even imagine what it would’ve been like to have our wedding without her by my side. She’s single-handedly saved our entire wedding and made everything perfect.
