There are truly no words to articulate just how impactful and CRUCIAL Kat and her team at Evviva Studio were on our wedding day! From our very 1st meeting to the actual day, Kat was professional, attentive to alllllll the details that come along with weddings, patient, and KIND!
The Process Leading Up to "The Big Day":
Kat & I had our first consult call a few months before our wedding day. Before talking with her, I felt nothing but overwhelming anxiety & stress for everything that a wedding brings - centerpieces, timelines, signage, you name it!! We spoke for over an hour about my feelings, the actual wedding, the venue, and what her team could do to help truly make it the best day, and wedding planning process, possible. After talking with Kat, it was like all the stress and uncertainty that I was feeling completely melted away.
Once we were officially booked, Kat helped us with vendor contract reviews, made sure we didn't forget payment deadlines, and scheduled bi-weekly touchpoints for any questions we might have had. She led all vendor communication while keeping us informed on all responses. At this point in my life, I was juggling moving away from home, a promotion at work, and was in the home stretch of planning a 200+ person wedding. I truly, genuinely have NO IDEA how I could have done anything for our wedding without her and her team.
The week before our date, Kat created and presented a 17-page timeline for the day-of, outlining EVERYTHING that was going to take place before, during, and after the wedding. I was beyond blown away at her attentiveness to detail while also making the experience for us fun and enjoyable.
"The Big Day"
The night before our wedding, Kat ran our rehearsal for us (twice!) while also making sure we were all set for the next morning. The next day, Kat and her team (consisting of Kait and Kharisma) showed up exactly when they said they would, bringing an infectious energy with them!! They handled EVERTHING from there - and I mean EVERYTHING. Someone needs to pick up the flowers? They're on it. A vendor has a question/forgot something? They're on it. A guest doesn't remember what time the ceremony starts/where to be? They're on it. Kat and her team were there to assist in moments I didn't even realize would come up. For example, right after the ceremony, my dress needed to get bustled. For the life of us, my mom and sister couldn't find the hook it was supposed to connect to. Both Kat and Kharisma jumped right in and got me situated just in time for cocktail hour! Another example was needing to freshen up before cocktail hour/the reception. I bought perfume specifically for the wedding day and accidentally left it in my room instead of bringing it to the bridal suite. Kharisma and Kait jumped right in and helped find the room key/the perfume so I could put some on before heading in! It was the big things, and the little details like that, that truly made Evviva Studio the BEST of the BEST. They were with us every second of the day right up until the very end (in this case, almost 2 am!!). It's because of Kat, Kait, and Kharisma that I got to truly be in the moment throughout the day. I absolutely owe it ALL to them!
When you work with Kat and the entire Evviva Studio team, you aren't just getting a day-of coordinator. You are getting One of One, the ultimate wedding planner, and the kindest/gentlest souls imaginable. The BEST decision I made for our wedding was working with Evviva. -

A must have vendor
I cannot recommend evviva studio enough!! every single meeting we had with them leading up to the wedding was amazing. Her attention to detail is like no other. I can’t even imagine what it would’ve been like to have our wedding without her by my side. She’s single-handedly saved our entire wedding and made everything perfect. If you’ve been debating about getting a Day Of Coordinator. Debate no longer this lady is worth every single penny. -

If I could give Kat and the Evviva team more than five stars, I would!
From our very first conversation, Kat made me feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. She doesn’t just plan weddings—she builds genuine relationships and pours her heart into every couple she works with.
Throughout the entire planning process, Kat was our calm, our guide, and our greatest source of reassurance. She anticipated every need, eased every worry, and made what could have been overwhelming feel joyful and exciting. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and her ability to turn emotion, story, and vision into something breathtaking is truly extraordinary.
Our wedding weekend was nothing short of magical. Every detail was intentional, thoughtful, and flawlessly executed—from the rehearsal events to the wedding day itself. Walking into our reception for the first time is a moment we will never forget. It was more beautiful and emotional than we ever imagined, and our guests are still talking about it.
What truly sets Kat apart is her heart. She cared for us like family and went above and beyond in ways we never expected—creating meaningful surprises, honoring our story, and showing up for us in every possible way. On the wedding day, the moment Kat walked into the room, all of my nerves disappeared. Her presence alone brought calm, confidence, and joy.
Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and so much of that is because of Kat and the Evviva team. We will forever be grateful for the love, care, and magic they brought into every moment. If you are lucky enough to work with Kat, know that you are in the very best hands. -

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I hired Evviva Studio as my day of decorators and it was the best decision I could have possibly made! Kat executed my vision down to the smallest detail and I was blown away by her efficiency and attention to detail. Not only was her team amazing to work with the day of the wedding, but they were so supportive and organized throughout the entire planning process. The cherry on top was they organized and packed my decor back up at the end of the night and loaded it right into the uhaul so we didn’t have to lift a finger. If you’re still debating hiring them definitely do it and I promise you won’t regret it! -

I would give Evviva 10,000 stars if I could. They were the best choice we made throughout wedding planning. We chose their coordination package and I truly do not know what we would have done without them.
Kat had scheduled calls with us beginning three months out, which I found to be perfect timing because that's when I began to have mainly logistical questions. Kat answered every question I threw at her, provided calm guidance, and she created a seamless timeline for our day.
Day of the Wedding, we were lucky enough to work with Kat and Caitlin, they were both ROCKSTARS. It was incredible how they seamlessly coordinated our entire day and were still so sweet, complimentary, and fun to be around. I never once felt rushed, or even knew what time it was lol. Kat was literally my best friend that day and kindly directed me wherever I had to be!
After the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything! Evviva organized everything, packed it back up, and communicated with us so we knew where all items could be found in the morning.
Overall, they were worth every penny and then some! -

If you do ONE thing for your wedding, let it be hiring Evviva! I would give her a million stars if I could. Every time I hear someone talking about getting married, I tell them to hire Evviva.
Kat is, without question, the best day-of coordinator ever. She saved the day multiple times and could not have been more pleasant, professional, and fun to work with. I got married 5 months ago, and my guests are still talking about how amazing her team was.
When I was struggling to pick out invitations, Kat went above and beyond—she designed them herself, mailed each one, and handled every last detail (including stamps!). She took care of everything from frames to display boards to wrangling my wonderfully crazy family. She saw my vision and helped me implement it across all my vendors. I would have been lost and frustrated without her.
Because of Kat and her team, our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives. I didn’t have to stress or worry about a thing—she had it all handled with grace and a smile.
Kat was born to do this job, and I cannot recommend her enough. If you want a flawless, joy-filled, stress-free wedding day, hire Evviva. It will be the best decision you make. -

Best decision ever!!
Evviva made planning our wedding so easy. Kat and her team are so amazing to work with and made our day run seamlessly. We also had them do design and Kat totally brought my vision to life. Kat is so creative and made our wedding more beautiful than we could even imagine. She took my Pinterest inspo and thought of details that I never have come up with myself such as drink menus, a seating chart and beautiful invitations that matched my vision perfectly. I could not recommend Kat and her team enough. If you’re on the fence, hire them! It will be one of the best decisions you make in the wedding planning process. -

Hiring Evviva to do our 3 month planning and day-of coordination was easily the BEST decision of our wedding! They review so many of the granular, easy-to-miss details with you beforehand so that you feel extra secure heading into your big day. They produced the most beautiful, professional info packets and schedules to share with our friends and family (that I never would have time to do myself)! Plus, they were our ROCKS on our wedding day. They worked with our venue team to ensure we got the wedding we so desperately wanted, especially when the weather forecast was a coin flip just hours before our ceremony. I can’t thank Kat, Sydney and Jaclyn enough for their kindness and support. You guys are the best!!!!!! -

10000/5 stars. I wanted to take time on this review to make it as RAVING as I possibly could! However, no words could do justice to the love and gratefulness we feel toward Kat and her team at Evviva. The first thing I say to anyone who is getting married in this area is to HIRE EVVIVA. That is the first thing they should do.
We cannot say enough amazing things about Evviva Studio and their phenomenal team. From the very first conversation, we knew we were in the best hands with Kat, the owner and creator. She is the sweetest person and is a true visionary with a calming presence, deep expertise, and a heart of GOLD. Kat made the entire planning process feel fun, personal, and seamless—she truly cares about every couple she works with, and it shows in everything she does!!
The price they charge doesn’t cover NEARLY what they do for you. From the check-in meetings to the organized itinerary for ourselves and for our family and friends, they covered EVERYTHING. They contacted and managed every single vendor for us and made sure all bases were covered. They offered items that we might need on the day and worked tirelessly to make sure that they were doing everything they could to support us; especially in the overwhelming moments of wedding planning.
On our wedding day, we were lucky enough to be supported by Courtney and Meg, who were nothing short of extraordinary. They anticipated our every need, handled every little detail with total grace and professionalism, and still managed to make us feel celebrated and special at every turn. They went above and beyond in every possible way—we felt like royalty AND completely at home. Poor Meg was a saint and helped to tape up my feet when the wedding shoes started hurting. They all supported us in ANY need or issue we may have had.
Thanks to Evviva, our day flowed effortlessly, and we were able to be fully present with each other and our guests. We will forever be grateful to this team for helping us bring our vision to life with so much care, talent, and heart. If you’re lucky enough to work with them—do it. We’ll be recommending them to everyone we know!

I reached out to Kat for help with the design aspect of our wedding. She put together an incredible design deck and handled all of our decor, rentals, stationary, signage, etc. To say that it was a weight off our shoulders is an understatement. We were very on the fence about a day of coordinator because our venue provided one but after working with Kat on the design we knew it was something we wouldnt regret. Kat and her team made our wedding a dream come true and took care of every single detail so that we didnt stress about anything. They go above and beyond to ensure that things run smoothly and that you are always taken care of. I truly cannot imagine our wedding without them! Her team is a must hire - you will be so much better off with them!! -

Wow. Hiring Evviva Studio was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband and I weren't even sure if we truly needed planners or if we could manage it all ourselves. But after our wedding day, we seriously can't imagine doing it any other way. Kat and her team are INCREDIBLE!! Kat was our main point of contact, and we also had the pleasure of working with Kait and Kharisma - the ultimate dream team. From the start they were organized, thoughtful, and completely on top of every detail. They handled all communication with our vendors, created a down-to-the-minute timeline, and made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be at all times.
On our wedding day, we did run into a few unforeseen circumstances. There was way more traffic than expected en route to the venue, and my parents ended up being late for family photos. But Evviva Studio handled it all with such grace and ease. They never once appeared stressed and came up with a new plan in the moment, making sure everything ran smoothly.
Because of them, what could have been a chaotic day turned into the most beautiful and fun celebration of our lives. I had the wedding of my dreams, and it simply wouldn’t have been possible without them. Kat is truly a special person and I’m forever grateful. I can’t recommend Evviva Studio enough! -

We made the 10000% best choice to hire Evviva Studio for our wedding and worth every cent. Around January before our April wedding, we realized we needed help bringing details together and to have more confidence and support on the day of the wedding. Kat helped us organize our details and helped us bring our vision to life- all while taking the stress out of planning. She coordinated all our vendors and helped with aspects that we didn't know how to approach. She involved our families in very meaningful ways, both in the planning and up through the day of the wedding. The rehearsal and day of flowed so beautifully because of Kat's lead, and despite the inevitable stress, Kat helped us feel confident in ways we will continually be grateful for. Kat had a way of looking in my eyes and making me feel centered, something money can't buy. She helped with the little crises and helped us take in and enjoy the big moments. Each of the staff of 3 that was there, including Kat, on the day of were exactly where they needed to be and provided exactly what we needed at the right time. I even remember a moment when a wind swept through the tent later toward the end of the evening, knocking over our sweetheart table, and Kat was immediately there helping gather it. She had a way of predicting the moments and taking care of just what we needed. We are infinitely grateful for the services she and her team provided on the day, and will continually recommend Evviva Studios in a heartbeat for helping create the fairytale Philly wedding of our dreams!!! -

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. This team absolutely amazed me. Having them start working with us three months out was very helpful to keep us organized, especially since we hired all our own vendors. They did all the work of reaching out to our vendors for any contracts, day of needs, and any questions we had for our vendors so we really only needed to communicate with Evviva instead of 10 different people at once. When we got our final timeline, I was blown away with how detailed and organized everything was.
On the day of the wedding, they took care of everything. I didn't have to think or worry about a single thing. I was most nervous about the decoration set up because we did DIY all our decorations and it was hard to imagine it all put together without being the one there to set everything up according to our vision. Once I walked in and saw it all, it was even better than I imagined! They exceeded my expectations of what I think I could even do myself with how the decor was set up.
Kat was very communicative with us and really only asked us questions throughout the day if it was absolutely necessary. The quality from this team I really appreciated was how calm and collected they were. Everyone knows how chaotic and stressful a wedding day has the potential to be. They brought such a calm, gentle energy through the day that helped us feel relaxed and present in the moment (all while keeping on top of everything like a well oiled machine.)
We also did the add-on package of the content creation. We ended up not hiring a videographer because we wanted more raw footage of the day, and I thought this did just that! It caught all the little moments we didn't want to miss, and even got these adorable reels all compiled together. We were really happy with how they turned out.
Evviva Studio is worth every penny and, in my opinion, is very affordable with everything that is included in their packages. I spoke to a few coordinators and I believe Evviva has such an inclusive package that you aren't going to be able to find anywhere else for that price. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing wedding services! -

My fiancé and I hired Kat and the Evviva team for full planning/design and late night film for our November 2024 wedding. After our first call with Kat, we hung up and knew she was the absolute best person to make our vision come to life. I truly cannot imagine our day without her and her team who made it beyond anything we could have dreamed.
Kat took our Pinterest boards, our wild ideas, and ALL our conversations and made every detail big and small so perfect. The day of our wedding was an absolute blast thanks to Kat and Nikki for making us feel like royalty and taking the stress off our plates.
If we could renew our vows every year just to work with Kat, Nikki, Natalie and Bridget again we absolutely would.

The best decision we made during wedding planning was working with Evviva Studio! We cannot express how grateful we are to Kat and her team for creating our dream wedding. We hired Evviva Studio for full planning and design for our November 2024 wedding and barely lifted a finger the year leading up to our wedding. We also added on Evviva’s Content Creation package and can relive our big day forever and ever.
Not only did Kat handle everything with regards to design, planning, and logistics, but she also made us feel so excited, special, and celebrated along the way. Evviva Studio has an incredible network of vendors and has curated a vibe and style that perfectly matched us as a couple. Kat brought our vision to life and took it to the next level, while making the planning experience so personal and true to us.
In addition to Kat, we worked closely with Natalie the year leading up to our wedding and spent our big day with Kat and Kait on site. In addition to these three, the entire Evviva team was extremely responsive, professional, and fun. We felt like we were among friends the entire time! Our guests, and especially our families, have continuously commented on how beautiful the day was but also how amazing the Evviva team is. We are still in awe of the support we had from them pre, during, and post wedding and could not recommend them enough. Thanks to Evviva the last year was so relaxed and so fun, and we were able to soak in every moment of our big day.
We feel like the luckiest couple to have worked with Evviva Studio! We would work with them a million times over!

We could not have asked for a better day-of coordination team than Kat and her incredible crew from Evviva Studio. From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with!
Even before the official three-month coordination started, they were wonderfully open and responsive over email, welcoming any questions we had. Kat’s dedication to understanding what we wanted really stood out to us; she took the time to learn about our VIPs and went the extra mile to ensure our families were looked after and comfortable on the day.
On the day itself, Kat, Katie, and Meg were total pros. Kat kept us on track like a true expert, even sewing a button back onto my dress at the last moment! She also made sure we always had food and drinks, allowing us to stay fully in the moment. Their organization, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional—no detail was too small, and no request was too big.

Evviva is worth every penny and more. I had so many people come up to me after the wedding saying "your planners are so on top of it!" They made me truly feel like a groom on the day of because they were one step ahead of me. I always had one person from their team with me on the day of. Im a type A person and thought I was organized but they were SO organized. They were always 3 steps ahead of me. Have already recommended them to someone else and will continue to recommend them! -

If I could only give one piece of advice to fellow brides, it would be to hire the talented women of Evviva Studio!
First and foremost, the professionalism of Kat, Sydney, Courtney, and Katie was out of this world and exactly what you would hope for on the most important day of your life. I am extremely type A and knew I wanted to tackle most of the wedding planning myself, but equally needed someone else to assist on the big day to alleviate the stress and pressure it would put on myself, my fiance, and our bridal party. We hired Kat and her team for day-of coordination, and little did I know, it would provide so much more than just some extra hands for those 12 hours that FLEW by. Even with day-of the coordination package, the Evviva studio still provided multiple consultations, facilitated ongoing communication with all of our vendors, and most importantly, carefully crafted the sacred timeline for our wedding day! This meant EVERYTHING to us in helping us feel prepared and so much more at ease. I can’t even begin to envision how differently our day would have looked without their guidance!
Beyond fulfilling their professional responsibilities, the women of Evviva truly prioritize personal connection and high character. Kat was uplifting and encouraging in every single meeting we had. Her positivity and organization was also present in her event coordinators such as Katie and Courtney who never failed to meet us with smiles and an eagerness to help at our venue. Most of all, I need to shout out our lead coordinator for the day, Sydney, who I feel as though I can now call a friend! From the moment she walked in my home and introduced herself to my family and bridesmaids, I knew I could trust her with anything on my wedding day. She not only looked out for myself and my fiancé, but put in the extra mile to build a relationship with my loved ones. Everyone from my maid of honor to my grandmom could not stop talking about how incredible she was. The loyalty and dedication was unbelievable. For example, at one point she saved the day by literally running back to our trolley for my makeup when I cried half of it off during our private vows, lol!
Don’t think twice, hire these wonderful people! I’ll never forget their impact on such an important day. Because of them, I could truly be present and not worry about one darn thing. THANK YOU, LADIES!!! We will be singing your praises until the end of time :) -

As a bride, I had a vision of my dream wedding day, but I felt overwhelmed by questions about uplighting, charges, and linens. Although I had booked all my vendors, I needed help with the design. After interviewing many planners, I found the Evviva team. They quickly proved to be the best decision I made (aside from marrying my husband). They turned my dream wedding into a reality. I hired Evviva for their design and planning services, and they had everything down to a science. On the day of my wedding, I didn't need to pick up the phone once— they took care of everything, making it easy for me, my husband, and our families to fully enjoy the day.
For brides looking for help with everything from choosing a color scheme and decorations to coordinating uplighting and finding vendors, the Evviva team is the perfect choice.

We don't have much to say except that Kat and her team were absolute rockstars in helping us prep for and manage our big day! Super communicative throughout the entire process, and they helped us stay on track as we approached the wedding weekend. Kat did a phenomenal job of helping guide us through the details of the schedule and the wedding with compassion and patience. One thing we also really appreciated was how they managed the timeline day of, and kept us apprised of key events as they were coming up (cake cutting, how much time left for dancing, and so on). We would highly, highly recommend Evviva! -

Evviva single-handedly made our wedding day the most seamless day possible. From decorating, to steaming my veil, to picking up batteries the day of, to packing up the venue at the end of the night, these ladies did everything they could to keep me sane. I could not be more thankful for this team because without them my wedding day would not nearly have been as beautiful. -

Some delays in responses and plans that weren't feasible
We had an okay but not great experience with this planner. There were a few issues with responsiveness where we did not receive our modern planning package promptly which for some would not be an issue but we were trying to get married quickly (a big reason for hiring the planner to help get things together quickly) so it actually pushed our plans out a bit. Then when we did receive our plans just a few issues where 1) the catering suggested for the venue was not on that venue's approved list, 2) the venue actually required a planner from their list of planners so we would need to hire another planner, 3) minor but just some recommended rentals that weren't actually available. The package put together was lovely (mostly lifted ideas from my Pinterest and found places to buy what I liked and listed out all the prices). I have no problem with the quality of work just some logistical issues we experienced. -
